I put this same compensator on my 92XRDO. The muzzle Brake sat about the same as yours. Since Beretta's barrel does not flip up while shooting, I took it go a local gunsmith to re-thread and extend the thread length. It sits flush now and it looks much better.
I watched the video further and understand why yours is so long. I just went to the Beretta site and ordered the 92 3rd generation extended barrel and it fit perfectly.
I just got the M9A4 and compensator and I am a little disappointed with how much wiggle there is with the comp. Thank you for showing you had the same issue because I would have been concerned shooting it like that otherwise.
I agree with you comment about the takedown lever being too short, I actually put my thumb under it. My gap between the slide and compensator is about 2mm, why is yours so much longer?
Ciao dall'Italia
Hello sir love from India❤ i have one question last one yr my question about 92x prformance slide sir the slide both side left or right have the same thicness??
Honestly no significant difference. The biggest difference is that LOK's checkerings are more aggressive. I'm really expecting their black coated brass grips though.
The gap in between the slide and the comp looks terrible. It looks like you don't have a threaded barrel. That would close up that gap and give your comp a more secure fit.
Yeah the barrel is too long. I didn’t specify the exact length I need when I placed the order with Jarvis. They offered to make it right for me but I didn’t want to go through the hassle.
It’s not the same cut, Ltt even show cases how much better their cut is on their shop page for the custom work. And yes the beretta cut looks goofy in my opinion as well.
Checkout redhilltactical.com. You can select Beretta and then drill down to different types of holsters. They can customize a lot of things. If you choose threaded barrel they will leave the holster’s bottom open. You can also choose the weapon light and stuff.
Here in spain seems we have limited suppliers from USA... and it takes a hell of a long time to receive.. and tax.. , ffs... Something I can foresee me making.. or modify something... I have m9a3 with standard beretta compensator... Might be worth a try with a Fobus brv... cheap .. ..
@@9mmtactical Competition Pro shooters using the same Beretta 92X do NOT use a compensator. Besides it is 47.61 oz and does NOT need it. YOU need to work on YOUR skills!

Glad the video is helpful. :)
Out of all the comp styles beretta could have chosen, they chose the one that looks like a dingus
Erebus is similar but slightly better
Best looking comp for Beretta, plus easiest install. You just poor taste fudd
Yea I'm getting rid of my 1911 for this 92x asap! Sheesh that Beretta is sexy as fck! 🔥🔥🔥
Holy fudd!!! Well... that WAS a gorgeous pistol
Haha I know what you mean.
Very nice setup! I have the same firearm, I want to get the compensated barrel setup. Nice review!
Thank you!
Tybalt Capulet called... he wants his Rapier 9mm back.
LOL

I got an aftermarket barrel from Jarvis. My bad for not specifying the length needed to them. Their existing model is too long for this gun.
do you think there is enough material on the muzzle brake where it could feasibly be drilled out to accomodate a .40S&W?
It is a heavy 9mm....it doesn't need a compensator.
It doesn’t. I just love playing around. ;)
I shot one of these this weekend. Heaviest 9mm I’ve ever encountered.
@@BelovedChatterI love my 92fs tho, accurate with a good trigger and a very smooth recoil impulse; love the grip because I have large hands

Can you do something like that with a 357 mag. Desert Eagle?

Yes same thickness.
How much better are the LOK grips compared to the stock ones? Is there a significant difference?

need a magwell
long gun short grip
Looking for a brass magwell. Toni system’s magwell is too overwhelming for me with their big logo…

Yeah the barrel isn’t quite the right length.
@@9mmtactical I would think a standard 5 inch threaded barrel would help it fit better. Is your barrel even longer than 5 inches ?
@@9mmtactical yeah that comp looks like dog shit on it.
why is there a gap between the compensator and the frame?

Can you share a link for the replacement grips that you got plz?

Jarvis
what holster can you use 92x for? Does it fit standart 92fs holsters? i need duty lvl 2 holster from safari for it...
Yeah I haven’t got a holster for it yet. Sorry not much recommendations I can give.
@@9mmtactical all i could find is competition ipsc holsters or some universal holsters that are tbh kinda shit for what they are

@@LarryeWhite61 I agree. We don't need a comp on a 92X. I could benefit way more by training than relying on a comp.
