Just use through bolts w/nuts and lock washers on the back so you can skip the tapping. Add the Resaw Guide and Micro-Adjuter to the fence and your old bandsaw is nicely upgraded to a much more functional peice.
Great video and very helpful. Is your bandsaw model 28-200? That is the model I have and want to make sure the bolt holes (11 1/2" on center) line up with the saw fence assembly. Thanks!

Why does the guide rail extend so far to the left of the upper wheel support column ?
