Vini is faster and a little better at dribling, but Rodrygo is so much better technically, he is a very good finisher and can create chances for his teammates and himself with easy. I'm a Real Madrid fan, and there's no way Militao and Rüdiger can contain an in-form Haaland based on what I've seen from all 3 of them throughout the season. Yes, Haaland was kept quiet in the first leg, but I think there so many elements that played into him being isolated the way he was. Our defenders will have to have the performances of their lives in the second leg IF Haaland is allowed to run towards them with any regularity, which is something that might possibly happen. We want to advance from this tie, and I'm not one of those people who think the first leg is any indication of the power balance between the two clubs. We're a different team in the Champions League, but I'm a realist, and I recognize that Man City can be much more productive than what we saw from them at the Bernabéu. I wish we were going into this second leg with a goal advantage. Unless City repeat their quite predictable tactical setup from the first match, I think we're in trouble.

I'm a Real Madrid fan, and there's no way Militao and Rüdiger can contain an in-form Haaland based on what I've seen from all 3 of them throughout the season. Yes, Haaland was kept quiet in the first leg, but I think there so many elements that played into him being isolated the way he was. Our defenders will have to have the performances of their lives in the second leg IF Haaland is allowed to run towards them with any regularity, which is something that might possibly happen.
We want to advance from this tie, and I'm not one of those people who think the first leg is any indication of the power balance between the two clubs. We're a different team in the Champions League, but I'm a realist, and I recognize that Man City can be much more productive than what we saw from them at the Bernabéu. I wish we were going into this second leg with a goal advantage. Unless City repeat their quite predictable tactical setup from the first match, I think we're in trouble.
