To play the jester, to always be there listening when you deal with other problems of your own, you empathize, and try to give them idea's of how to rid themselves of the emotion of sadness when truly you only have a temporary answer. While the parents expect you to be the president and have the best grades, yelling at you if you get a B or below on a test, or just plain ignoring you, calling you only for chores and to deal with their problems. I guess you are right, it does get quite tiring! But we all have to do things we don't wish to, no matter what you feel, the expectations that other people place on you are the trust they give you, even if they don't show the trust to you, you can always find it by looking deeper for the truth, expectations are truly what give motives.
