Soulshots are 100% taken from l2. I also remember ant lair and the ant queen boss I never saw someone fight, as its level was to low to drop good items, and to high diff for a random group. Also, L2 music slaps
Ant lair and throne room don't even resemble the Lineage ones at all so I wouldn't even call it a reference, it's basically 'an ant lair' and 'a throne room', just like if a fantasy game has 'a graveyard' and 'a dragon lair' it doesn't mean it's a reference to all the games that had graveyards and dragon lairs in them. Would be cool if they did actual references to L2, as it stands its just lineage andies coping cause those are just very loose inspirations AT BEST
been playing this like ~15+ years ago, tried again ~3years ago, still was hooked for half year :D. Sadly, most of private servers are russian p2w shit now. Best was c3/c6 low/mid rate servers. TL is complete garbo compared to l2 c3/c6, even though i spent ~400h alr on it for some reason. TL is like single player game, people around feels like npc, no sit down shops or anything, pvp is completely meaningless... Remember L2 when world chat spamming "karma dion" :D
