That is an absolutely gorgeous RV,, seen a few of your videos now and this latest one is by far the best, much better quality from start to finish great job
Have been watching for over 5 years now I believe ...this is the way to go show the product an put the asking price thankyou thankyou it is so damn aggravating when a seller says message for price or call for price I sware when this bar finally sells yall will get my bidness I like executive castle or american heritage have learnt alot watching thanks again
Great video your doing so well in your introduction i like the floor plan its what I want. Just wonderful inside a little to prices. But very elegant for a old coach. I am looking at the older RV just like this one. Out of range on pricing. But like your other videos and price.
Wonderful piece of iron! This is the floorplan that I always shop for. I have 2 Essex in my program and both clients are very pleased. Silverleaf Monitor panels are all working good? That is in terrific shape for a 2012.
Yes they are working excellently, both! The Essex is a great coach, they are right to love them. I’m driving a stunning 2007 Essex 4508 a nice couple traded on our 05 Liberty Coach. It’s in just as good condition, if not cleaner which is mind blowing because that 2012 is in such good shape. This 07 has new bags, new shocks, new breaks all around, new front wheels, all the control arms and bushings have been replaced and it’s been garaged almost its entire life. Can’t wait for everyone to see it! If you need help hunting down a coach give me a call anytime! -Mayan
That’s right! It rides on the Spartan K2, and I believe he said Billstien shocks, I’ll investigate closely when I do the video on it. Up next from me is a 2003 Liberty Coach XLII, a 2013 Tuscany bath & 1/2, and a 1997 Parliament XL bus! Can’t wait. Thanks! -Mayan
I know the driving with this coach is different then the normal family car because the size of the vehicle the langh is makeing the difference and difficulties but some people can drive and they have special abilities they are experts to manevring this pretty long vehicle for them is like pass of cake .
After moving to another state to a new property, the barn he had there required him to remove the A/Cs to get it in. On top of that, his new property needs more time and he is a serial entrepreneur who is starting a new company. All in all, this was his baby and he hates parting with it but it just makes sense for him to not have a coach at the current moment. Him and his family put about 9k miles on the bus and absolutely loved it, they made a good family trip together when they moved too so the coach carried them to their new life and has a special place in their hearts. He has also made it known to us that he wants someone to buy it and not only enjoy it but take care of it properly. The amount of time spent and all the details he took care show his attention to detail and care for the coach. He spent over $3k to get the coach buffed, then waxed/sealed twice. Thanks for your comment and for the great question!
Hey perry... heres why... I owned a 45 RV paid 730.000. On the open road... great. Drove from OHIO to LA.... LA was a living hell. Grid lock... fueling. Parking at night to rest and not have LA gang bangers..... beating on the sides.... dirty cop tell you to move. When and if... u find a place to park and pay.... They dame wanted.... 500 dollars a night. A penthouse in Vegas in 1993.... was cheeper.. A 45 foot RV a living hell, unless your famous with tens of MILLIONS. Or a race car driver..... Never buy a 45 foot RV.......
So most people with these luxury coaches still have a permanent residence somewhere, and just put 2000 to 3000 miles a yr on these rigs before UPGRADING. This Essex has the Spartan K2 chassis with a Cummins ISX 500Hp. In 2015 the Essex got a ISX 605Hp Motor and upgraded the chassis to a K3. I Bet the previous owner either upgraded to the more powerful Essex or or just upgraded to the King aire, you see that a lot in the Class A community. Now this is just my opinion, but having been in the Class A Rv community for some time, this is the story I hear most.
Great question. Also, why is it that the owner felt compelled on such a "young" rig, to change out and upgrade the EGR valve, which usually has a lifespan of 10 yrs? I guarantee you that in that price range a .5% in fuel economy isn't that big of a deal, not enough to "Upgrade" the EGR valve after 3 to 7 yrs.
Magna power AGM hve heard good things about similar corp set up, slide out tray noted using that/wanting that custom add on all my rigs if poss. A good battey coming next 20yrs but till then I will be using lead not burning coach up for expensive purchase too.
Really beautiful bus, and well taken care of. No dishwasher? Do you need a special ticket for that air braked bus. I’m in Ontario and they require a Z endorsement for air braked vehicles.
The extremely beautiful woodwork, coupled with the glorious Italian marbled tile floor, with heated floor, this is just what you need to have an amazing experience in your spectacularly handcrafted motor coach. This coach is the best I’ve ever seen in the extremely rare floor plan. Stunning, just Stunning….. Dude , you make a great video and they’re very detailed. However, to much salesman BS with your wording. Adding more salt to the sauce doesn’t make it better. And the occasional bikini topped young girl that sneaks into frame is a bit cheesy too….
But I think is better to have with just one story coach. , because the silink is much higher and you don't feel squishing , I can see future in this industry a big future for everyone who is interested and loves hat kind of lifestyle, I do .
Hmm I would say that they are slightly susceptible to finger prints, but because of the color you can only really see them in the right lighting from the right angle. Thanks for commenting and your support!
Hey there Jean, we have a couple of deals we are trying to make work. However the coach is still available for purchase! Feel free to reach out to me when you have a chance. Thanks -Mayan 864-376-5600
Having watched an unhealthy number of RV videos I can totally see the difference in quality between brands now. Newmar is defo top of the range. Some RVs consist of cheap wallpaper over thin plywood and try to hide it with design trickery, not this bad boy.
Newmar and Foretravel are the best of the production RV brands, but they aren't anywhere near the quality of custom coaches from Newell and the Prevost converters.
What about to showing me inside the coach , you just driving , I believe you are good in manevring with him . Ale ty jestes But I think you should show me the coach inside ?.
Need to knock that price down to around $240-250K to sell it! Friend Of mine just purchased a ‘12 Essex with 22K miles on it for $240K , I mean just purchased as he’s driving it home from Texas as I type this!
Thank you for watching our videos and commenting. I’m sure your friend has a very nice coach, there’s always an apple to apple comparison on these high dollar coaches as far as colors and options goes.. that’s why a red, well maintained low miles Ferrari is worth more than other Ferrari’s that are the same model and year. Have a blessed weekend. Thanks again for watching our channel.
@@rvmaxus Yep, you’ve had it for 8 months during the peak of a sellers market... Still not sold at that high number but I hope you get close to what you’re asking.
We sold the coach 4-5 months ago and after that video we had many trying to buy it and 1 person we gave the VIN so he could match that paint color too. The color spec is absolutely stunning, inside and out it’s a gem. After putting 6k miles on the clock and fine tuning the coach the owner who bought it from us decided to sell after moving to another state and getting his eye on a Prevost bus that we’re going to find for him. We just got it back to our facility a few weeks ago and it hasn’t been advertised aside from the old video and some old pictures we put online. Someone is going to get a gorgeous coach that simply needs to be driven and enjoyed, all the homework that you have to do to most every coach on the market has been taken care of on this bus. Thanks :) -Mayan
YOU ARE LYING THROUGH YOUR PA.. TEETH NO MORON WOULD PAY $347,830 FOR A 10 YEAR OLD COACH WHEN IT WAS $700,000 NEW . A 10 YEAR OLD COACH AT BEST WOULD SELL FOR 60% OFF NEW PRICE. SO $270,000-280,000 AT VERY MOST.
This coach is still available, give me a call or text anytime 864-376-5600. We have a few deals we are trying to make work so this coach shouldn't be available for much longer. Thanks!
THAT COACH WOULD MAKE MY DREAMS COME TRUE! Maybe1 day
soon or sooner ? 🎉C.JORDAN, OREGON
Giving a sale price at the end would be great.

Superb interior It seems like older coaches have a much more elegant and homelike feel, perhaps just due to a change in decorating tastes...

Bonjour il est vraiment trop magnifique ce camping car il est vraiment trop beau j'adore
Curious, why did the second owner return after only 8000 miles? Beautiful coach
