Yes, that is very true! Enjoy the Buckhead amenities without being right in the middle of it!

Are homes located on Osborne Rd considered to be part of Historic Brookhaven?

No. I believe Mabry Rd is the cutoff point on the eastern side. Osborne Rd has much more cluster communities. Def not the same feel as historic Brookhaven.

From your videos and just looking at Google Maps, it's what I was thinking as well. I have my eye on a house on Osborne Rd, but they list the neighborhood as Historic Brookhaven. @@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta

Yeah, agents can enter whatever neighborhood in their listing and sometimes they don’t really enter them right. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I'm not working with an agent. Later today I'll email you the (2) listings that I'm looking at and details what I like about each. I've been sitting on the sidelines waiting for the the prices to drop before I pulled the trigger.@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta

That makes sense. I have a property that I am looking at in the Ansley Park Subdivision. I would love to get your feedback on what you think about the property.@@AllAboutLivingInAtlanta
