I don't think mid to long irons are a problem for Tig. Neither are woods. In fact, I think he gives them too much focus. He should be obsessing-- and I mean ABSOLUTELY OBSESSING-- over mastering everything 100 yards and in. Especially tight chipping and putting. That's really what separates the pros from the joes.
With you on that. I can't think of any tour players that aren't wedge masters. Lol

Nice Micah! Your swing is definitely looking pure. You’re not “picking” up the club as much in your backswing and your head isn’t dropping during your backswing anymore.
The two exact things I’ve been working on with my driver. Great catch Bubbie. Now to get my 150 ball speed to 175-180.

You can tell how much Tig loves hitting driver by how quick he is to put another ball on the tee. Love the content as always. Keep grinding!!
Hey tig, I’m no pro or anything but I tend to hit a fade when my left foot moves, looking at all your good ones the left foot doesn’t move and it draws or baby fade. That is also what my swing coach tell me. Just a heads up games looking great!

That knock down 2 iron should be the only way you hit that club. No curve should be the way you play that thing. Beautiful
Bubbie did pretty good with advice. Moving the ball up was key! But I also believe he is correct with your tempo between irons and driver there is a big difference. Irons are beautiful! Focus on tempo with driver next range sesh

Definitely has what it takes physically speaking. To get pro level you have to have it between the ears which is what separates them. Does our boy here have what it takes between his ears? Only time will tell.

My sim 2 just broke at my last range session😩 seeing you smack bombs is making me itch to get the dstick back in hand.
I also start to over draw with 6-4 iron but then hybrid, driver is straight again
Coming along great buddy. Keep it up. You gotta take the good with the bad. Seen that struggle month r so but watching the results of going through that transition is amazing. You inspired me to do the same. I’m currently going through a change. I should be focused more on the range n getting the swing change together but I struggle anytime I go to a course I just wanna play. Lol. But me n my buddy a swing coach are gonna get together n put some quality time in on the practice range. Work on a complete swing overhaul. From full swing to chipping n putting. I moved the ball up further in my stance and it worked wonders for my driver! Before I did I couldn’t hit driver to save my life.

Most people on the tour hit their diriver with the ball position forward at least a couple of inches outside their left shoulder, some to the middle of their left foot, and some even tee it up to the outside of their left foot to match driver loft to the degree of hitting up at the ball. This gives them a higher ball flight with the least amount of backspin to carry a longggg distance.
you have to set the radar up at a 45 degree angle a little in front of the ball for an accurate reading

I have a question. I’m currently hitting a 6.0 degree Taylor Made SLDR with a speeder shaft. I love the club that’s why I’ve held onto so long. Do you think the SIM 2 would be a worthy upgrade? I went from the old TM 300 to the SLDR and was floored now I’m wondering if I should update again?
