My Goddaughter just recieved a letter from Social Security stating she will be getting cut off from her SSD, she has been on SSD since 2002 when she was diagnosed with M.S which is an incurable.
She has been working 3 days a week 4 hours a day for the last 2 years to supplement her income she gets from SSD. She just recieved a letter saying they believes that she can work full time and they will be cutting her off as 9f this month. She is in panic mode, crying hysterically. She had medical records, she takes shots 3 times a week. The dollar tree makes special accommodations for her because she sometimes has seizures. She's in pain just to get thru the day. What recourse can she take? What steps can she take? If anyone has any answers please let us know. This is devastating.

I’ve heard other lawyers on YT saying you can choose to work part time. However, you take the risk of putting your benefits in jeopardy

@ 4:30 "not paying attention", everyone communicates differently. I stopped watching after this point. Watching things over and over may be too repetitive and if a human with differing communication skills needs things explained a different way you should be willing to do so. It's like the basics of sales; figure out what the customer needs then get them what they need. The same for communication. "Cookie cutter" communication is a terrible way to view disabled humans, as you're so suggesting. Do better. And no, I don't follow you nor have I ever seen you. This was selected at random.
