Egypt is 100% built on debt plus it is not a green city. Konza is built on small government budgetary allocations........ building a city with slim budgets is not easy. Plus a lot of work has been put in building stronger sewer lines, water conduits and future underground electricity lines. Building roads and other transport lines is also crucial ......the city is also running over three million seedling nurseries for the greening purpose but your negativity wont allow yourself see that.
