I know some guys from Paradox and i have written to them about it, one of them replied that I need to write to the devs - Colossal Order. Wrote to them a month ago, still no response. Since I am a starting game critic they could just ignore me or just not reply. You can push your luck and try to write them too. Think they are nice guys. And take my sub.
WOW....So I already built my first "Big Town" after my son purchased Cities for me. Like so many others, I've now got a lot of populated zones but inefficient (and not so aesthetically pleasing!) road layouts with gridlocked areas and such. I'm only halfway thru this video and just realized I've NEVER NOTICED the round road adjustment buttons you're using!!! OMG! Thankfully, I've accumulated over 1 million in funds so I'm very comfortable redesigning the HECK out of my city! *laughs* Young man, your videos are excellent (I've liked and subscribed!) and I am SO glad to have stumbled upon them! You've got a very natural, smooth and orderly explanation technique and your joy of the game comes thru in each video. As an adult educator, I truly appreciate the talent behind these videos, as well as your time and willingness to share what you've learned. Keep up the fantastic work! :)
As someone who just got C:S (and hasn't touched a city building game since they were a little kid with Sim City 2000), THIS is the video series I've been looking for. THANK YOU. 🙌
I would just like to say I have been looking for a couple days now at different people starting their cities and a walk through and by far your number 1. I like how you explain everything and give all the little hints about the game. You just make the game so much easier to understand. Thanks a lot defiantly watching you regularly!

I bought CS over a year ago and was just digging it out to try playing again, when I found your videos. I've enjoyed watching them, and they are helpful. However, what I've noticed that is common to most who make "new player" videos for games is that all of you make videos as if the viewer is completely familiar with the game. You have forgotten what it's like to actually see the game through the eyes of a completely "new player." You jump through the interface without so much as a peep about the specifics of the tools you're using, and why...much less how. A good example is when you're laying out your highways, your one-way roads, and your two-way roads, with no mention to specifics when you're changing traffic direction, and/or making sure that traffic flow is making sense to your viewers. Again, and I'm still continuing to watch this particular series, I did enjoy the videos, and I don't want this to be perceived as negativity, but more as a pointer for things to pay attention to when you're doing videos for "new players."
This is so perfect for beginners. I started this game yesterday and than decided it is more fun to watch those videos than to play with absolutely no idea. Can't wait to try out all the stuff I learned here :-)

I honestly can't get over how well/smooth the game runs in vanilla! At first I felt like there was so much content missing, but I don't know - the base game is really growing on me :)

Good time to start this. I'm finally getting fed up with Simcity 2013, and just I got the older expansions of CS in the Steam sale, but every time I start up I'm swamped by all the options. Good to see a sort of template to work with.
Hey Imperial Jedi!, been watching your channel grow for about 2 years now. Sorry if this question has been asked before, but what hardware is your system using? I'm currently building a new PC and wanted to know if it could handle the game with a reasonable mod use. Thanks so much for being awesome!
One thing I've learned to do is to save about 10,000 of my starting funds (at least $5,000) and save the game before hitting the unpause button. So many times the zones will start developing in an area that's not *quite* touching power or I'll have forgotten to build a water source and have to start all over.
I didn't realize that you can connect the sewage to the fresh water.ratts I just wasted the budget on 2 lines.1 for fresh and 1 for sewage. thank you for these videos they really helped out
I'm up to ep 4 and have already learned 2 new things (with around 300 hours on the clock before watching). I found zoning industries really frustrating... I didn't realise that you selected zone use AFTER setting the zone. I didn't know how to build elevated highways.... I'm looking forward to learning more in later episodes...
Very good! I love playing this game, but always feel like I'm brain dead when it comes to making a decent layout. Shows some tips I never thought of. I like that you did it without mods. I'm nowhere near the level needed to use those.

Hello i've watched This game for pretty long for now - thanks for making this video, im in the middle of watching it, i will watch all the guides and begginer videos. before even deciding when ever i want to buy the game or not - my problem with city builders is that no PC on earth can handle them at frames per second of above 60 . when the population of your cities start to get out of hand

You will need to redo this again for the Mass Transit DLC, as that has made placing down roads a bit easier.
Thank goodness you can now change stop light and stop sign frequencies.
