This is Angelina demonstrating that attention paid to the smallest details through her lens of reimagination results in a version re-created by her talent. While she gave the original singer her place in this cover, the end result right down to the end of the LOVELY final velvet ribbon note. There's nothing to change my mind that Angelina took a "classic" song and made it HER own personal classic... Immensely talented, imaginative, & owner of a voice like no other. Angelina possesses the ability to reach right into our hearts because she sings from HER heart... She's GIFTED, no doubt about it... Good news knowing you have a list because Angelina has a catalog longer than my arm. There are literally close to 200 songs, interviews, TV shows, concerts tictoc and instagram live updates directly from Angelina and her family. Angelina sang this Whitney song at 13, in the same key as Whitney. Incredible, although see did run out of gas ever so slightly towards the end.😊
Even though Angelina is still a minor at 17, she looks like an adult in her early 20's to me, so my brain doesn't have the disconnect of hearing an adult professional with many years of experience, but seeing a little girl or a pre-teen, singing.

When you have time check out two other songs she did that are very different but awesome. the first is "Above The Water" which was a collaboration project. The second is and old jazz blues song called "My Funny Valentine" which she did twice once as a child and then in 2020 she did it again and killed it. Great reaction again! I know that you have understood by now, and also have accepted the fact that Angelina will always put her spin on every performance, and that it always will sound incredible. Angelina was 16 years old in this performance, and the recording by Whitney that we all love so much is an extremely produced and vastly expensive studio recording from when Whitney was 29 years old. I don't mention this to compare, but I just think it is important to keep in mind. The crazy thing is that I actually think that Angelina performed this song even better live outdoors here in Norway in June last summer, when she performed it on Norway's most popular televised music programs, called Allsang På Grensen, which translates to Singalong At The Border. I really recommend that you listen to it, at least on your own time. I like her version when she was 13, but it seems she needed to put herself at the limit of her abilities. In this one, she doesn't seems to even struggle to make that song as her own.
