Filing this under: truths my dermatologist never shared.
I had a terrible skin condition which my dermatologist was calling rosacea. It was so much worse though. My face was so red, peeling, white heads. I could not go out in public it was so bad. This went on for years despite the creams and antibiotics prescribed by the dermatologist. Oh, those knocked it back a bit but I knew I could not stay on an oral antibiotic the rest of my life in order to clear up my skin.
Eating mostly meat and eggs, cutting all the sugar and most of the carbs..and my skin is mostly better. An occasional flair-up I have determined is too much cheese/dairy and that cuts the flair-up.
    Thank you Dr. Berry!

@@lifelessclayman6823 Cholesterol is used for production of hormones, vitamin D, fat dissolving bile acids and used to make tissues in the body. We are composed of cholesterol.
it doesn't really matter if you eat cholesterol or not your body will make it. It has to for survival and so its kind of pointless to eliminate it.
Rather triglyceride levels are what should be worried about. Keep those low. They have a stronger correlation to all the things we've been told cholesterol is corelated with.
keto/carnivore diet fixes all this. its the species appropriate diet for humans.
