Sir will clutch lever play affect speed and mileage of Rx 100 if it's 6 mm on Rx 100.. becoz 3 mm feels hard to pickup but gear shifting is smooth
Yes it will affect.. keep it 3mm or as explained in videos. In case if it feels hard to operate change/lube the cables.

Magnet side cover ka clutch mechanism khrab hogya hoga. (Ek pulley aur ek gear pinion rehta hai cover me) ye slip hojata hai.
Did the same on my 100 bro. The transmission is ok when moving but is stuck when engine is running but not moving. Again gearshifts are fine when engine is stopped. Also engine dies when clutch is pulled and put in 1st gear. Any suggestions?
Check gearshift/transmission only when the engine is running ( either the bike is running on road or parked at main stand) .
Dying in 1st gear engagement -check the idling screw ( larger one) ,
increase it by 1/4- 1/2 turn.
@@MotoTravelRide bro when on center stand and engine running, the gears shift smooth. But when the wheel touch the ground, the gears are very hard and sometimes gets stuck midway. 1st gear engages easily though. While moving the gears are fine. Any ideas?
@@GamerGeneral99 okay. That does not have anything to do with the clutch adjustment .
There can be multiple reasons to it.
Check chain tension and alignment.
Even Worn out clutch bell teeth and not matching primary causes on load problems.. one by one check needed
@@MotoTravelRide okay will get it checked. Previously before I adjusted the clutch, the gearshifts are fine, whether moving or stationary. But the pickup is a litte muted. Now the pickup is good and the bike easily goes through gears while moving. Only when the bike is stationary I find it difficult to find the neutral. However if I turn off the engine, the gears are again smooth, as if it is on the main stand. Don't know what's wrong. Btw, my screw for pushrod is much longer than yours in the video. Is it okay? Thanks btw for your help
@@GamerGeneral99 if the pickup is little muted after setting it that means it's not settled correctly.

Bhai, my clutch lever keep getting loose. Had the cable replaced as per mechanic's advice, but the problem started occuring again? Could it be because of incorrect cable length or push rod?

Yes incorrect cable, pushrod can cause frequent loosening of the clutch.
Use genuine push rod..
cableyou can use genuine or suprajeet rest all company cable are mostly long size

Done the same but measured about two wrench gap😅, any help wat should I do one more thing ,in my bike the rod was more lengthy than ur bike rod which u r rotating with screw driver
adjust gap from top...that is clutch mechanism adjuster screw ,if is long isn't a issue. in your bike what I get is overall the pushrod is shorter. that is y you're getting a lage play despite having a longer adjuster screw.
get a new pushrod set and then try..
do check the clutch cable length also, aftermarket have different length.

Yes you can try... along with it for a new clutch cable . Clutch jam cable ke wajeh se bhi hota hai

Bro.. i have rx 135 4 speed, my bike making noise at the head of the engine, some mechanics saying dat piston problem.. some are saying clutch bell problem.. I'm confusing .. i want solution for this....!!!

either your pushrod is incorrect or mech is not tightening it properly
I see you have a different idle screw in the carburetor.If you have installed new kit Please tell me the performance after installing new kit. And also the place from where you got the kit
That model screw is from mickarb.. never used any repair kit.

Mickarb is equally good as mikuni in terms of working..
Only issue poor quality threads of jet and air screw.
@@MotoTravelRide Yes there has to be some issue since it is not the stock one. Though it is the best available. Threads gonna rouse with time.

Hello brother I had a bike RX 135 Yamaha, my problem is that if I put on gear n then I grab the clutch, then doesn't move forward or backward normally every bike movie freely. So how can I solve this problem...can u kindly tell me the answer of this mechanism brother.. can u give yo contact no...?
its normal 👌 it will be little hard to move like that on 2 stroke.. on 4 stroke bike it's different that is why is moves freely.
