      @@ΑντζελοΤζατζο Hahah. You are funny! Yoghurt is Bulgarian, and it is very famous in Japan, we sell them the original - our youghurt. The yoghurt is created by the proto-bulgars, centuries before establishing Danube Bulgaria here. Our influence into Greek cuisine is the yoghurt. World knows about the greek yoghurt because of the greek emigrants in USA, the commercials e.c. While we were under the terrible communist regime and behind the Iron curtain there was no chance to make a commercials or import our yoghurt worldwide. We were not trading with so called west, as you probably know. After one of Todor Zhivkov's (our dictator at that time) trips to Japan in the 1960s at the Japanese Expo, we offered the Japanese our yoghurt. That was possible because of the speciall order from Todor Zhivkov, who said "Yes" to import our lactobacillus bulgaricus for the Japanese, which still love it! So because we needed a new technology at that time, the Japanese imported their stuff here, but this time with a special approve from the USSR. So in this example you can see how dificult is to trade with non-communist countries. Japan was an exception. So it's not important what the most countries know, it's important to read the books and history and then to learn the truth. For example - most of the world knows that the Cyrillic alphabeth is Russian, but that's not the truth. We have created the Cyrillic 2-3 centuries before the establishing of Russia. So if the Russians had a time machine they may say that the alphabeth is theirs. So what I mean is - read and learn, don't say "the world knows" because not always the world knows the truth. World know commercials...Education is important, and yes, eat your "replica" something, which is not real yoghurt. Have a good day.

    • @ΑντζελοΤζατζο
      @ΑντζελοΤζατζο 5 лет назад +6

      Ivo Petrov your alphabet has even been created by Cyrillus and Methodius who were Greek . You can search it in Wikipedia or wherever you want and it will say that they are Greek . I think that because of communism you are brainwashed for somethings and I am so sad to tell this but unfortunately you are brainwashed and I can’t do anything else but only to say you that I am so sorry about you and your life

    • @ivopetrov4865
      @ivopetrov4865 5 лет назад +39

      @@ΑντζελοΤζατζο Yes, Wikipedia is the best place to look for the truth. Not the books. Don't read books they are radioactive! I'm really worried about your life. The brothers are Bulgarian, not greek. If they were Greek why don't we use the Greek alphabeth?! But you think everithing is Greek. Probably for you Napoleon is Greek, too. Not French. Even my name is probably Greek! I feel so sad for people that are not educated...it's under my level to continue this conversation. Be free to think everything you want. I don't care about your opinion. You haven't give me even one clear argument. Arguing with people like you is pointless. Also I don't think to spoil anymore the nice video that the nice people made with answering your untruth and pointless comments. Have a good day!

    2:20 You should know that there is even a cheaper way to travel with the public transportation in Sofia. You can buy a daily ticket that is good for the whole line of public transportation in the city, you can get on as many buses, metros and so on, without having to buy any other tickets. It costs only 4.00 BGN and it saves you a lot of money. More tourists should know about that as the daily tickets aren't really shown anywhere, unless you know they exist. Great video guys, glad you like it here in Sofia/Bulgaria.

    *IMPORTANT FOR BOZA*
    The cheap one is usually made with crappy ingredients (to Noones surprise), however it is sweeter too. I suggest looking for harmonica, they make bio products. Banitza is a MUST, there are many shapes and fillings. For first try I suggest the flat one with white cheese.

The new and the old part are connect with isthmus. On the isthmus there is a windmill. There are many landmarks. There are 44 churches but only one is working other are museums. In the new part there are sandy beaches and dunes. Next to Nessebar is the famous summer resort Sunny Beach.

    Public transport one-way ticket actually costs about a dollar - 1.60lv which is slightly less than $1. But 1 day pass costs just 4 lv ($2.30) and gives you unlimitted access to all public transportat throughout the day- metro, buses, trams and trolleys.
    Going from city center to Vitosha Mountain is cheap but relatively time consuming. You'll have to change one or two bus lines plus a lift line taking you up to the peak (2194m). You can get two different lifts in Dragalevtsi and Simoenov districts. Take bus N64 to Dragalevtsi or Bus 98/67 to Simeonovo. Once in Dragalevtsi or Simeonovo there will be signs for Lift's direction. You won't regret the views and time spent on the mountain! Plus, there are two or three bistro's at the last lift station.

    Oh look, it's Half-Life 2.
    You guys are sweet, but stuff isn't as amazingly cheap if you live and work here. If you're local and have time to invest, you can find cheaper eats, and locally sourced produce too, which will often taste better. At foreign supermarket chains like Billa, you tend to get imported goods.
    Boza is indeed a Balkan / Eastern wheat drink. It's fermented malted grains. But only ~1% alcoholic, probably even less. Traditionally you'd drink it while you eat banitsa. It's definitely an acquired taste though, if you're not familiar with it.
    You guys are adorable :) Thanks for this video. It's interesting to see what people from around the world see when they come here.
