If you watched Soundless voice you would know tht Rin was the one who died, here it kind of explains how she died from rusting (since shes a vocaloid lol) and this song is her reflection and how she doesnt want to be forgotten, she wants to be remembered. she wanted to make a differance to the world.

In this song, Valshe is singing the backing vocals that are kind of hard to hear. I'm pretty sure they are lines from Soundless Voice, which Valshe does a wonderful, tear jerking cover of.. Watamin is singing the main song here, which is Rin's side.
I thought Len's version was sad, being very lonely when she dies. But this was just as sad, not being afraid of your own death, but that you won't be able to see your loved one anymore. In the end, I thought she'd say I love you, but then I heard thank you which made me unable to compress my tears no longer.

I wasn't her friend, in fact, I thought I hated her. But now that she's gone, I regret all the things I said and thought about her. This song reminds me of her, because she was way too young to die. I know only the good die young, but it still sucks. I see her as Rin in this aspect, Rin dies way more than Len. Life is too short.

This set of songs, consisting of Proof of Life and Soundless Voice, tells the story of a girl who is sick (Rin), who ends up dying from this sickness. She wants to sing a happy song with Len one last time, not a sad song. Len wants to hear Rin's voice one last time, and wishes he could give his voice to her. He dies to be with her. :)
