- @dirtyloops are probably my favourite band ever and this track with Cory Wong has been a favourite of my since it released. Henrik, Jonah and Aron are not from this planet haha! 😂 I thought I'd give this banger a little spin. I've recorded this as two live takes - one for the clean section until the solo at 03:13 and the other for the solo.
I've used @NeuralDSP Archetype: Mateus Asato for the clean guitars and some automation in Logic to switch on the first OD pedal during the riff and to bring up the volume of the reverbs/delays at different points.
For the lead tone I'm using the Neural DSP Quad Cortex!
The guitar is my @IbanezOfficial Custom Shop AZ 24 Fret HSS with my Signature 'Oni' Pickups in from @hugosierro

One of the most underrated players around right now. Would love to see him drop in and do a cover with Martin Miller's band. They've had Mateus Asoto, Lettieri , Simmons etc. Why not Jack?!

The thing that always sticks out to me about your playing is how tight the time feel is on those fast runs. It sounds so good and precise rhythmically.
Many have tried, but you´re the only one who actually pulled it off, in my ears - you added and stepped back for Henriks solo - great work man!
That last burst pretty much left me speechless. I really loved that aggression you were playing with. It was like at any moment things could get out of control, but, ya kept it all in check. Absolutely incredible.
