It's near the top, just depends what you want. Even in December the weather is OK. I doubt if anybody has seen snow on Malta.

For a spot of winter sun Malta is tough to beat. OK, Cyprus runs it close and offers snow skiing if that's your interest. Otherwise for Europeans it's a long haul flight to the Caribbean or Asia but both will cost more.
