#ruger #cheap #22lr
Just bought one exactly like the one your shown, last month for 179$ , I love the color and when I shot it around friends they ask where in the world you fine a color like that and mine is dead on
Way back when, we bought the budget competition...the tipping factor was the available .22wmr cylinder, and it took Ruger years to figure that out...between the two firearms there are differences, good/bad in both directions...today, I'll just say that owning a cheap single action .22 plinker, whatever brand, is a good idea...as noted, the guns have little utility (yup, the guns do get forced into roles anyway), but cheap trigger time IS cheap trigger time...anyone needing that fix knows that blowing up something little, is better than complaining about none/very high priced heavier explosions...
Great review. Thank you. I'll add that even tho it may be one of the worst guns to choose for self-defense, any gun that is bad for self-defense is better than no gun at all.
Excellent pistol…balanced and accurate…⭐️💯
Sweet color combo on your 7.5" I picked up a 7.5" with black cerakote a couple months ago, then added rosewood grips from the Ruger store. I really like how the wood grips improved the looks and feel plus 7.5" has good balance and accuracy.
Going to pick me up a Ruger Super Wrangler next week. After doing my research and not ever owning a 22 caliber revolver, I think it's the best bang for the buck compared to the other options out there.
If it's as good as mine is you won't be disappointed.
Check out rough riders also
I have the Single 6 in stainless steel. I love that old gun.
I like it in that color set.
I do too.
I love my little wrangler 😆 I got the 4" barrel version. Mine is the Grey finish tho, I keep it on a little cross draw holster when im fishing or messing around in the woods.
I own the silver cerocote. Black cylinder. Black grips. I think it is the best looking Wrangler. Yours is the first one I have seen in the od Green. Good looking Wrangler. But of course I'm going to have to choose mine. Thanks for the update.
It's exclusive to sportsmans warehouse I just got one
@@aellis6692 Good looking gun. I enjoy my wrangler. They are alot of fun.
I love my Single Six.
Friend of mine has an old Ruger single 6 with a 9 inch barrel. I think it's the most accurate pistol of any caliber I ever shot.
I prefer the transfer bar system myself.
Had trouble with the cylinder base pin…it would only cock when pointing upwards…Ruger sent me an upgraded replacement for free…if you guys have issues Ruger will take care of you.
I have a black one 4.20 barrel with Single Seven rosewood grips, it looks slick.
I picked it up for a hunder and a half +tax.
Found another for that price, but didn't get it, still kicking myself.
I could had a matched brace of Wrangler pistols, that would been sweet.
Waiting for you to say, "I'm your Huckleberry"😊
Dang-it, I knew I forgot something!
Went to a gun show a couple of months ago, could've picked up a super wrangler for under $260. I don't like how they don't lock when ejecting rounds , I have my dad's old single six , without the transfer bar
Same. It's the old model with 4 clicks like a Colt. I bought mine used for $250 about 5 years ago. Not pretty anymore but very nice shooter with a smooth and light trigger pull. I owned a few of the New Model with the transfer bar and never got along with them.
After my Heritage broke a hand spring in under 200 rounds, I'm definitely wishing I got the Ruger instead!
Plenty out there, go get one.
I have read that the loading gate on these is extremely stiff. Yours doesn’t seem to have that problem. Didyou work on it?
ODG colored revolver is a classic? Funny stuff. It is cool.
Thoughts on 3d printing revolver grips?
I did a quick search and didn't find any files on the internet but there's no reason they couldn't be printed off. I did a review of 3D printed 1911 grips here ruclips.net/video/p0Mbh8noM9Y/видео.html and I'd assume the same things I learned would apply to revolver grips.
Half cocked is traditionally safe you say. At least I watched half the video.
You forgot to conclude with "unsub" 🙂
Lol. I must have been half cocked.
Hello from Gatlinburg and Go Vols 🟧⬜️🟧⬜️🟧⬜️ good video
Hello Gatlinburg! I'm usually more of a Townsend kind of guy, but they don't have a Buds or Smokey Mountain Knife Works.
