The only other person I know of to do this was The Stradman. He seemed very transparent and even had the paperwork. The stuff you’re doing is just on a different level. This is amazing! Thanks for the info. It’s unreal numbers that most couldn’t fathom, but it’s really interesting to know. At least now I know Allstate isn’t screwing me over. Lol
I'm sure I speak for a lot of people but we appreciate you guys being so transparent with the numbers of everything (as much as you can be) I've found it super interesting. I didn't know what to expect in terms of numbers for premiums but a 1% cost for everything is pretty good considering the cost of the collection. Brett makes a good point about how some people have a 10k premium on something that costs 1/4th of the price of the 650s.
Monthly it sounds insane, but expectedly insane. The value of the "fleet" vs annual costs to insure makes complete sense. It's all about perspective, because I then I remember that I'm 25 making decent money with an entry level luxury car, and my normal is jarring to my friends with just a b/a not in STEM or business, but it's considered good value to my just started her residency in Pediatric medicine. Thanks guys great transparency no mention of the Speedtail? Way less for the total annual cost than I thought.. Could you do a video on maintenance costs next?
That’s insane to me! I figured you guys would have some sort of blanket type policy for the entire fleet. It’s cool that you’re so transparent and give us a breakdown of each high dollar car.
The premium is reasonable however, I wonder if the multiple vehicles has a substantial effect on cost. For example, does the low cost of the "dailies" depend on the high costs of the hypers? Curious about how much a Speedtail, for instance, would be if it was the only car? Very interesting and thank you for allowing us into very personal and fascinating details of owning amazing automobiles.
G. SUS! Your insurance numbers have been a topic of discussion between my friends.. my guesstimate was half a mil 👌👌 looking forward to the maintenance video!
Fascinating conversation and analysis guys. I was thinking easily over $1 million for insurance so I was WAY over. In the upcoming maintenance and other costs discussion, please include fuel costs which I am guessing is astronomical for the fleet. Especially given how much you actually drive the cars and that a few might be measured in gallons per mile versus the other way around.

Having had a major fire in my home and needing to replace basically everything you learn a few things about how they make their judgments. As the lead investigator from State Farm said, I make my decision as to what you could or couldn't afford to buy long before I see any damage. Granted I no longer use State Farm because they jacked up the premium, but they put us up in a hotel for a month at a cost of about a hundred grand, have me 25K a month for a rental property, didn't argue about anything I replaced. It's basically like starting from scratch, buying all new clothing, electronics, furniture, etc. If you burn your home down and it's an average home they will screw you. They will probably catch you too.
Hey Triple F, When the new super cars arrive, can you please do a track day. There is nobody on YT that ever takes their Hypercars on track. The last good track video was from salomdrin years ago when he did the holy trinity plus the Veyron SS and the Huayra. That would be so incredible to see.
That is definitely less than I would have thought. Do you for insurance purposes limit the miles each year? 5,000 miles or less? And when you let other people drive the cars...do they have to submit their driving record to the insurance company first before they get behind the wheel? Just curious. Thanks for posting this. I have always wondered...
I think they need to buy a few more Bugatti’s . I think you have to had bought 5 or more to be considered. I think not 100% sure . But these guys will know.
Can you turn insurance off temporarily for cars you might drive once or lass a month and put them on your homeowners? I do that for my collector car if I know I'm not going to drive it for weeks.

Actually, less than I had initially thought, but wow, that is still a *beep* ton of money! Loved the honesty, and Jason & Jordan being in sync at the end haha
Interesting video. Thanks for a glimpse into real world costs. I would think there would be a lot of competition for insurance when you have a collection like that? Is it combined with other insurance like home owners insurance?
Why don't you all create your own insurance company, pay your premiums from your company to your new insurance company, invest the premiums, then when you sell the cars shut down the insurance company and cashout the investments. Now instead of having $0 to show from those premiums at the end of 20 years (assuming no claims and investment in an S&P 500 Index Fund), you cash out a cool $28,449,840 before taxes.
@ElCamino I literally do exactly what I described for high net worth (ie: $50M+) individuals and companies. It is also an incredible tax shelter whereas company A pays out an expense (tax deduction) to company B (income). Company B is generally located in a "tax haven" such as the Cayman Islands where it's income will be taxed minimally or not at all. Insurance is simply a hedge against risk. This is also a part of the insurance business model. Premiums are paid in and then insurance companies take those premiums and make investments and loans with them for even better returns. The wealthy self insure because it makes more sense when your outlays are so high to try and pull some of that money back and bonus points if it lowers your tax liability. Extra bonus points if your Aunt Ruth needs a six figure job as an employee of the insurance company you created. Pull back as much money as possible and provide for your loved ones. The average Joe would be devastated by the risk you described above because most people have a loan on their car(s) and they couldn't pay for an outright loss like that. Wealth after a certain point is simply finding ways to funnel what you spend right back to you. You will get more scrutiny from the IRS but if your books are in order and you have nothing to hide then it isn't an issue to be overly concerned with. If you want to learn more about this you can Google "Self Insuring" and "Captive Insurance Company".
I literally had to show this to a friend because that still doesn't make sense! And the fact that Brett said exactly what I said " you have people with 10k premium with way cheaper cars and bad records." All in all great video very good shockingly news. Would be interested in the buying process/monthly payments if there are any.
The annual premium is about what I'd guess since you do drive them. Seems like you could substantially lower that cost by putting a switch on coverage while parked. I've done something similar in commercial truck with insurance and would save 75% on a truck parked without a driver or in a shop.
@@TheTripleFCollection I'd basically send my agent an email when a change was needed. Most of the time I didn't even need to call. The odds of you driving all 55 cars at a time are extremely low.
6:40 The color of your car has no affect on the cost of your insurance. It might have been great to give them some free press and more business. 2hat restrictions they place on them? Mileage restrictions? As you guys have literally a crap ton of cars, do they discount bundle? I'm not familiar with owning and insuring this many super cars and actually driving them with many differe t people but I have to think this is rare. Most insurance companies wouldn't touch this. Uninsurable. Since you guys are being so transparent a video on the finance side of each of these and their rates, loan terms, percentage rates, etc would be appreciated. Thank you for opening my eyes a bit.
Love your channel, you’re one of the most real people I know on RUclips as far as I can say. So keep up the great work and you guys will reach 1 million subs in no time. 💪🏼 I would’ve estimated the insurance cost way higher, but anyway, 50k a month just for insurance is insane 😂 what in the world do you do for a living being able to afford this 😂😅
Thanks for the peak behind the cars. I would think the insurance company representatives enjoyed meeting the FFF family personally and went a long way to building a relationship and confidence in taking on the collection. Looking forward to more FFF facts and fun.
Maybe you can tell something about the insurance conditions. How about storage? Do they need to be secured inside and do you have physical security? A building does not come for free, security guards, although paid peanuts, it is still an amount. I would not be surprised that when you add all the cost of staff, insurance, gas, everything together that the figure is ten times your insurance premium.
Def less than I thought. Interesting how some of the percentages are. Would love to see a total collection vid even the non hyper/super car vehicles include the dailies/ spouses cars as well. Without getting to personal has triple f even said how the family amassed their wealth. I vaguely remember one of the guys saying they sold their company, but could be wrong.Great vid looking forward to the new arrivals.
These are the types of videos we need to see tbh cause we all dream about obtaining these cars but sometimes we don’t see how expensive they are to maintain so seeing these types of videos and seeing the costs after purchase just makes me wanna work harder to obtain a collection like the triple f collection
A beautiful and transparent breakdown video. Just curious to see if you can make a video on the plates that you have on the cars and why some plates are relevant and why some are just random numerals and alphabets. Also, does the plates cost too much money? As always, you guys are awesome! Take care and keep driving and enjoying! Love from India ❤️
All the random plates will be converted to “novelty” plates very soon. It’s been very difficult to obtain titles and license plates due to COVID so we didn’t want to delay any longer than necessary. But novelty plates will be coming for those that don’t have them.
@@TheTripleFCollection Awesome, thanks for the reply! 😁 Would love to see all the plates and hear their back-stories and the ideas behind choosing them!
I remember when I was doing install at Jordan old house. I was talking to him about his I believe it was orange viper and his dad older blue McLaren. Always wanted to see the collection.
I have a 2018 Camaro SS and a 2008 BMW X3. I live on Long Island 🏝 I’m 46 years old no tickets 🎫 no accidents. My car insurance is $467 a month for both full coverage. They said if I lived somewhere else it would be half. They said I live in a high risk of theft state and it’s a sports car 🤷🏼♂️I guess I can’t complain comparing to what you guys pay. That’s a lot of money but look at the cars they are expensive.Love your content and the whole channel ✊💎
You'd think. But a lot of cost for cars like this is availability of parts and how much it would take to total a car. A Huayra and a Sabre are ultra limited production vehicles so any sort of issue with either can be extremely expensive and some simple stuff can near total the car so it's just about the insurance company considering the risk and coming up with an appropriate number
Amazing video...loved the humour! you guys nail it every time. As for the insurance prices, all I can say is as long as you think it's reasonable then good for you guys! For me, the annual insurance costs equates to a decent house every year and that for some reason, really cracked me up 😂
I'd love tonsee what you pay monthly just on vehicle payments. Or if you own everything outright. I'm sure you own most of the 54 outright. Just curious on financing options for those hypercars and the process you guys had to go through
Would you guys buy either the new Aston Martin Valkyrie or Mercedes AMG Project One? I'm assuming you guys don't have allocations for them since they are making so few but maybe you are who knows. If not would you guys get one of those or both?
@@diegoalves7686 figured. That's kind of why I was wondering if they would pay more and buy it from someone who is going to flip it. With how rapidly things in the automotive industry are changing, we will never see cars like this again. At least with a combustion engine.
Great video guys! We need the Mclaren Sabre on video again soon! I never realized how much it cost to manage a fleet like this. Between the insurance, repairs, taxes, etc. It's amazing you guys can keep something like this going. Have you guys ever considered insuring all these vehicles commercially?
@@TheTripleFCollection Thanks for the reply! If I were you guys, I would look into it for sure. Thanks for the peak behind the cars. I would think the insurance company representatives enjoyed meeting the FFF family personally and went a long way to building a relationship and confidence in taking on the collection. Looking forward to more FFF facts and fun.
I always like asking power bills at company’s I work at. It’s so crazy how different many places change from mining to metal fab and warehouses
Excuse me, one question. Is it possible to drive the Speedtail only on electric traction (as in McLaren p1)?
Great video guys. Very informative.
All of the extra costs will be discussed at some point. We focused on insurance For this video.
Great episode! 😎 Definitely cheaper than I though it would be for insurance on the fleet of amazing vehicles you guys have!
Thanks!
Cant wait for Part 2!!
Should be good when we line them all up!
Would love to see all the plates and hear their back-stories and the ideas behind choosing them!
I remember when I was doing install at Jordan old house. I was talking to him about his I believe it was orange viper and his dad older blue McLaren. Always wanted to see the collection.
Very informative vehicle guys! When you break down the percentages it doesn’t sound as bad.
Much cheaper % wise than say standard cars.
Love your videos guys keep up the great work
That's wild. I think that's low as hell especially with what y'all do with the cars
Agree!
What about the deductibles lol? it could easily be like 100k on the hypers to get the cost down.
That’s a good point! Maybe we will dive into that some time.
yes maintenance would be interesting too
I have a 2018 Camaro SS and a 2008 BMW X3.
36k is not bad for the Chiron too be honest! I thought it would be the highest!
For me, the annual insurance costs equates to a decent house every year and that for some reason, really cracked me up 😂
Oh that’s without questions. It’s all relative.
Question: what is included in the insurance? Liability/Comprehensive/All-in? And is it the same for all the cars?
For our next video, we discuss the contribution to the state and county budget from sales tax and registration in 2020-2021.
K can u please make a video if possible about from where do u get the revenue to pay and buy such things and tips u would give ur audience
Another great video gentleman! Love each and everyone of your videos
what about the lawn premium?
definitely do a series
I'd love tonsee what you pay monthly just on vehicle payments. Or if you own everything outright. I'm sure you own most of the 54 outright. Just curious on financing options for those hypercars and the process you guys had to go through
love videos like this! keep it up
🙏
Can you make a video of what the previous business y’all owned and what you sold it for?
Next Generation Films. Sold the company for around 4 Billion. Dave Frecka (BDD) aKa their dad was the owner / created the company
What happens if some of you start getting speeding tickets or fender benders? Does it spiral out of control?
That is a LOT less than I would have thought considering the size of your collection. This is a great video, thanks guys!
Would you guys buy either the new Aston Martin Valkyrie or Mercedes AMG Project One? I'm assuming you guys don't have allocations for them since they are making so few but maybe you are who knows. If not would you guys get one of those or both?
they cancel Valkyrie order, about the project ONE, they came late for the project
@@diegoalves7686 figured. That's kind of why I was wondering if they would pay more and buy it from someone who is going to flip it. With how rapidly things in the automotive industry are changing, we will never see cars like this again. At least with a combustion engine.
What they do for a living ???
Great video guys! We need the Mclaren Sabre on video again soon! I never realized how much it cost to manage a fleet like this. Between the insurance, repairs, taxes, etc. It's amazing you guys can keep something like this going. Have you guys ever considered insuring all these vehicles commercially?
It would be interesting to see how much that would change our premiums.
@@TheTripleFCollection Thanks for the reply! If I were you guys, I would look into it for sure. You guys use the cars a lot for film production so titling the fleet commercially may ultimately make more sense. It could also yield major savings and other benefits (taxes) down the road. Hope this helps! Love the channel and good luck with everything!
Did you claim insurance for the speedtail? Or did you shoulder the cost in repair yourself?
Ourselves. A $35k repair isn’t worth putting through insurance when there’s so much on the line that could be needed later
@@TheTripleFCollection wow that is almost the cost of insurance on one of your cars
wish i was an og, subscribed at like 102k, but i cant regret it
Thanks Daniel! Appreciate you checking out the channel!
Glad that you included the the purchase price
You guys are awesome for sharing this kind of information! In some ways that is an insane amount of money but in other ways it is actually a pretty good deal considering the amount of vehicles in the collection, the value, multiple drivers, and the fact that you guys actually DRIVE the cars!!!
I guessed around $1mill a yr on insurance annually. I would have thought way higher. Great breakdown. It really puts it into perspective.
🙏
@@TheTripleFCollection Did you guys get hacked? I had a weird crypto message sent to me
Not hacked just a similar name. I reported and deleted all of those comments
@@TheTripleFCollection ok had me worried.
i like how ive been watching this channel for months and ive seen every single upload ever since i first started watching, and i just realized i wasnt subscribed. im now questioning my existence
This was so much more interesting than I expected. I had no idea there were that many cars but that sounds like a great deal with this level of inventory
Great video ! Question who is your insurance company ? we'd like to know thanks .
