    珍妮曲奇/牛油曲奇,口感松化,酥到掉渣,大家一定不要错过哦。
    食谱recipe:
    A. 原味 Original flavour
    无盐牛油 75g Unsalted butter
    糖粉 22g Fine sugar
    盐 1/8茶匙 Salt 1g
    低筋面粉 75g Cake flour
    玉米粉 27g Corn starch
    B. 咖啡味 Coffee flavour
    无盐牛油 75g Unsalted butter
    糖粉 25g Fine sugar
    盐 1/8茶匙 Salt 1g
    咖啡香精 1茶匙 Coffee essence 4g
    低筋面粉 75g Cake flour
    玉米粉 27g Corn starch
    ➡️没有咖啡香精,可以用半茶匙速溶咖啡粉和半茶匙水代替(混合均匀)。There is no coffee essence, can be replaced with 2g of instant coffee and 2g of water(mixed well).
    C. 巧克力味 Cocoa flavour
    无盐牛油 75g Unsalted butter
    糖粉 25g Fine sugar
    盐 1/8茶匙 Salt 1g
    可可粉 4g Cocoa powder
    低筋面粉 71g Cake flour
    玉米粉 27g Corn starch

    Hi ,for butter cookies what temperature u r baking ya ,upper heat and lower heat??

      Hi 😊I use upper and lower heat about 150 degree Celsius for 23 to 25 minutes.

      @meizilooloo for butter cookies yesterday I tried ya under it burnt, once again I will try and say. I am using khind otg oven ya 40 liter for preheating how many minutes want to preheat ya??? So if we bake cookies for 15 min will it be fine???

      Yes. Must preheat oven for 5 to 10 minutes. For the temperature you need to find out your right heat, you can reduce the lower heat to 120 degree Celsius.😊
