Hello friends, in today's video I will show you how to reuse a brushless electric motor from a washing machine. DO NOT THROW THE OLD WASHING MACHINE MOTOR IN THE TRASH / DIY Powered Disc Sander.I will show you an easy way to create a disc sander, I will use wood and two-component poxypol glue with which I will glue the sandpaper. I will show you how easy it is to remove the old sandpaper from the wooden disk. These are steps that I think will be useful to you in making a disk sander. Thank you for your attention. Ну кто же клеит наждачку на холодную сварку. Надо было на ПВА!
Я такую же сделал на дрели . Вместо двух компонентного клея использовал двух сторонний скотч на бумажной основе. Наждачную бумагу двух сторонний скотч держит и менять ее проще.
На пиле, ставлиу диск и наждачку. Прикручиаваю и работаю. никакова клея. Изнасилса или парвалса ставлю другую наждачку и погнал.

Use a Hook 'N Loop sanding disc mount for easy change from worn to new ?
If those scissors weren't scrap when you started, they were when you'd finished. Tip - Score the line you made on the backing with a craft knife (only the backing, not the grit ) and the waste snaps off clean and easy.
Doesn't that just damage your craft knife?
@@nicholas8479 Note where I said . ." Only score the (paper) backing , not (through to ) the grit " . . Cutting paper / cloth backing will not damage your blade . So it's turn your sheet grit face down , score a line across the backing , then fold the sheet along the line and it snaps cleanly . Try it and see .

3M Feathering Adhesive is the solution to your sandpaper replacement problem. We knifemakers use disc grinders like this all the time. Changing paper is a breeze using the feathering compound.

Sr Creativo me parese muy irrestonsable se su parte que publique este tipo de trabajos donde no practica el menor tipo de proteccion y seguridad para trabajar , las personas que practiquen su forma de trabajar corren el riesgo de perder un dedo,una mano o morir electrocutados .......tenga mas cuidado y a los que pretendan construir solo por diversion este sander no lo hagan de esa forma .......pueden encontrar algo mejor en el mercado local sin el riesgo de sufrir un accidente o morir

5 hours work for 5 - 10 minutes grinding fun - you should use at least "klett" (Velcro) connections to hold the sandpaper on the disk. If so, changing the paper takes some few minutes instead of starting the whole work again and again

cut the noise,,,,,....as it is NOT REQUIRED.........make that wood disk, 2 inches thick. Then, rough the outside a little. Install another 2 inch, roller (from skateboard, ones with bearings; 4 for about 32 bucks on amazon), and add a push or pull spring to it. Install a 2 inch belt, maybe 24 inches or so.....NOW YOU have a 2 in one sander. making mine now.....only use a 9 inch steel plate, with hole in center for motor, it is 1/2 inch thick) sands REALLY GOOD,

velcro backed sand papers are available, why stick it on to the circular wood using epoxy.
You can use double backed tape to attach your sand paper, thus you can replace it by pealing it off. repeat.

Sandpaper was cut with a disposable blade knife, back on the days.
Why has youtube allowed so many clips to have the right to not have sound? Apart from crappy elevator musac even the music is bad but no voice over turn them off as soon as they start. I speak English and learn by teaching using voice and direction.

It's 220/230 volts and 110 watts can't say about the HP.

Hello, I just have a question ...what is that "square" thing wired to the motor? and also do you have a schematic how to wire the motor? I have the same with a 5-pin plug but don't know how to wire it, the starter relay has two wires but there is only one pin in the plug...I'm lost, seems so easy, nobody bothers with explaining..

Just use a heat gun to melt the glue and pull off the sand paper and glue a new piece on. Use a thick nylon cutting board for the disc next time.
U could get some velcro to hold the paper on

Just ensure that the disc that you fit to the shaft is rated to a higher rotational speed than the motor’s maximum speed.
There is a real risk of the disc exploding due to centrifugal forces.
