I think his drug problem stemmed back to late 70s being in La Jolla... I used to live there in the early 90s and the meth problem was rampid! Just a bad, bad environment in the burbs of San Diego.. Escondido was the Crystal Meth capital of 🇺🇸 back in the late 80s/Early 90s... And I'm sure it's still relevant in 2024

He looks like he's on Meth or a ton of Addys + Booze to take the edge off. Nasty stuff. Easily could be coke/crack or something similar too. Man, I feel bad. He looks super depressed here.

Stu Hart was obviously a sadist. There are now countless stories of him "stretching" young men simply to torture them, all under the guise of "testing their heart and toughness". Total BS.

      Couldn't disagree more.
He and all promotors weeded out pussies and the business was better for it.
No one walked into wrestling and got a free ride back then.

I heard he even stretched the girls like Nattie Neidhart.

You could get away with all kinds of weird stuff in the wrestling business. Probably still can.

He did it to test people's resolve. If they really wanted into the business, to stay in, they'd take the pain. If not, they'd quit.

Stu was tough as nails when I was at the Dungeon back in 93. It was tough training.

Why would y’all just let him stretch you seems weird to just continuously let an old man lay on you stretching you instead of learning to work.

He was a notorious coke/Crack smoker. So if you have done coke before. You know why....

He was most likely on pills /downers and coke/Crack. Speed balling.

I think he's on Meth or a ton of Addys. I think he's slurring from booze to take the edge off. Jim calling out someone else for having a serious drinking problem is WILD.
