I know someone who had these same two shoulder surgeries this past year (rotator cuff and bicep). His physical therapy has been extensive and on-going. Don't give up; keep healing. "This too shall pass." You can do this!
Misdemeanors can be the result of traffic violations like parking tickets and speeding tickets. It might seem ridiculous but it can be a reason to deny residency status. Who knew you could be a known criminal for serial parking violations!

Thank you for the great update! From my wife's shoulder surgery a few years ago... it is 'normal' to cut the bicep muscle just to do the shoulder surgery. FULL recovery was nine months with physical therapy starting a few weeks after surgery. Keep doing the at home PT!!!!

But even 3 weeks in, I see him tiring of it all. 😦 My surgeon said my bicep was shredded and had to be reattached. I was shocked to see that both are attached through holes drilled through the bone! 😳 Yikes! I’m now getting through the second instance of hand pain and swelling 🤪 and have my physiotherapy assessment this week. I know pushing through it is important and necessary so we can make our upcoming travel plans. ✈️ Keeping our bodies strong and healthy is so important in retirement and travel. We sure appreciate you (our subscribers) 🙏

@@laptopseniors Panama is NOT a low cost of living country, at least not Panama City. $1500 should be the bare minimum but probably should be $2,000 or more. I think Panama got what they wanted out of this, but maybe they want more 🤷🏽♂️
They need donated blood to be separated with non vaccinated verses vaccinated blood. It would be difficult to verify but the donation centers good ask if they were or were not vaccinated. And then label the blood as at least potentially unvaccinated.

Not sure what your thoughts are on nutritional whole food nutritional supplements are supplements are what I can only say after 71 years I have had many challenges internally and physically and I'll have healed and both knees were blown out but today I can play Tennis I couldn't 30 years ago And I also would recommend amino acit's from a reliable resource I've been taking them for over 38 years And they seem to work very very well whatever area it is that you need And they seem to work very very well whatever area it is that needs the attention. Repair and rebuild! Prayers for accelerated healing 🙏 ❤️

How does one find out the true sales price of a condo in Panama city? I keep seeing the same condos listed for 3 or 4 different prices.
Excellent question , Victor. We would search for every listing and undercut the lowest. Negotiate as many agents add a cushion on top of asking.
