I hear ya! Work has been rough for me as well. Lost my cousin to an overdose this week and had the most heartbreaking funeral for him today. Mikey's videos always relaxes me. It's the little things that help. I hope work is better for you this week!

I remember having something that looked like that little chili little chicken love dish in China. It was SO good! I think it was in Beijing or Hebei.
And the fish looked like a fish dish I had in Chongqing, which was also insanely good.

Xiang Nan restaurant was impressive with the humongous fish, enough for 4 people, maybe. However I was most interested by the street food selections in Flushing especially the beef pancake/bun, the fried cold noodles & the stuffed crepes. My question is where were you eating the street food? A private stall, where, part of the restaurants complex?
I have a feeling you would like mango or pineapple chow. It’s from Trinidad, and we put a bunch of pepper, mango, cilantro, lemon, salt, black pepper, and sometimes garlic. Just mix it together. From your reaction with the pineapple, I think it’s a dish you’ll love.
