I have a Kugoo Kirin G1 2000W, this is a great scooter, it goes about 60-65 kmh, I bought it used for $450 (in our country the prices for scooters are lower)
Ciao, io ho il Kugoo G3 ma non capisco perché la velocità massima del modo 3 è di 42km/h e non 50km/h, e non ho ancora capito como si accende il bluetooth. Grazie.
Hey, thanks for the comment. I also am not aware about the speed settings adjustment - better ask Kugoo's support directly. As for Bluetooth - cannot recall seeing an app so far.
Hi have a question about the scooter when I watch other videos the display doesn't say the battery percentage it says the distance you drove but your scooter says the battery percentage?
Yeah, there's another G-model review coming out soon, without turn signals. I use a helmet which has a remote - it is much better visible than the lights on the scooter.
Excellent instructive and entertaining review Michael, thanks! Definitely deserve another review after longer use to confirm durability, do you plan to do so?
Heey, thank you so much for the comment. Yeah, I could plan such. Thing is that the scooter season is almost over in my area. So I will have to wait until the next season :-)
I think it does have a app for smartphone I purchased a Kurkin G3 and had no problems went fast 1st and 2nd time I rode it both in 2 mode I hit over 25 miles per hr I hit like 28 miles per hr and with lil ease I like it I don’t do any tricks or go into woods too old for that and for what I paid u can get hurt and wreck up this great scooter by doing that I just ride on road it goes sweet and Deff like I said goes fast I went mode 3 once it hit over 35 miles per hr I would say really close to alil over 40 close to 50 on mine
What do you say after so many scooters...is that suspension so important in a city or a bigger tyer is enough? Suspension can go wrong ect. Im really qurious about your opinion.
For city riding I prefer scooters with 10 inch tires and no suspension. Major reasons - they are quieter and lighter. Right now I mostly use MiScooter 4, before that - Navee N65.
@@TechMishka That was a very good answer. Thanks a lot. I will pick between pro 4 or g30. I think they are exactly the same....or not :D Thanks a lot for helping me!
Do you have any discount code and do you think that it will be suitable for the city. My city is really bumpy and I had troubles with my miscooter ,so I am thinking of upgrading to this one.
It's selling for $699 currently so, I guess that a lot of the aspects you criticize can be forgiven. And by the way, Varla Eagle One is a $1599 scooter, so I don't see the point in comparing these two.
@@shark7045 yeah! Acceleration is progressive so it doesn’t have that kick at the start but top speed I can reach 50kmh always in flat terrain. I’m also 5’8” and 77 pounds
That explains the hill incline issues hehe! Yeah the single 1200w motor should not have a problem on tackling hill inclines up to 25° degree slope right? Plus, is the dashboard water-resistant?
i think this model certainly should have performed with more power - defintely offroad - it looks the part but seems really dissapointing in that area. i was expecting more. i think they have gone single motor to keep the costs down, but in the meantime the performance is a let down. Also whats up with that loop to attach when carrying the scooter? looks really pedestrian!
Same here. What we discovered after the review is that this is a limited edition with 800w motor. THis explains the struggle with inclines and explains the crazy good battery life.
@@TechMishka still 1200 watt should give your more acceleration and hill climb i seen in other vidoes but have touch screen for rainy days would not work its super stupid
Man, this is truly the upgrade over my existing Xiaomi Pro 2 e-scooter! 1200w single rear-motor hub, thumb throttle like a Xiaomi e-scooter, a very large deck, massive battery life (45-70+km range), large "touch" dashboard display w/3-speed modes, and real-time telemetry, Dual-suspension that looks very futuristic, Dual-mechanical disc brakes, plus the Price tag is very affordable for a high-powered e-scooter! Cons are: no headlights at top of the T stem like the Xiaomi e-scooters, no hydraulic disk brakes (wonder why it's affordable), and no app support too? The dashboard might need an IP68 rating due to it being a touchscreen-based display and its very vulnerable to wet conditions. Highly recommend getting this over the Ninebot Max and its super-overpriced high-end e-scooters! 😁🛴
The price balance is indeed great. And unlike the city-scooters, this is quite stable in muddy and sandy areas. These are places I'd never go with a Mi Scooter or similar. As for the brakes - hydraulic would have been nice, but I am quite happy with them as they are. If this can keep the price lower - efficiency is there and this won't trouble you at all. Range is fantastic!
Insightful review. Thank you. Placed my order today for this model. I’m excited.
Hope you enjoy it!

Do you have to go to settings or something to change it?
And the last question does the scooter have security features so people don't steal it?
There is a setting to show the perce tage. And there is a graph about it too. You can hide or show it from the buttons.
@TechMishka how do you change the setting? I just got mine yesterday and was wondering the same
Would you advice the G2 or the G3? The G2 has a light system that was dismissed somehow on the G3 (turn signals, electric horn).

Hey Andrea - I can ask, of course. And I believe it is good for city riding. But I'd prefer something lighter - like the Mi Scooter.
what do you think is better? varla Pegasus or this?
Pegasus feels better responding in terms of suspension. I like the idea of two motors, but likely G3 is a little more powerful.
which one would you choose? G2 Max or G3? I hesitate...
Very similar scooters. I liked the GT2 Pro a bit more than the G3.
Do you know the dimensions? I need the length because I need to understand if it can fit in my elevator
I will have to measure this for you. Can you ping me in a few days via email if I haven't responded here?

Kugoo's scooters are not that great about bnattery life most of the time. This here was fine, given the not too powerful motor.

And there is no smartphone app support.
