Man, I watch you on a different account on a smart tv, it’s way to much of a pain in the ass to leave a comment on there. I’m glad to see your channel is doing well cause if not for you I wouldn’t know how to get a real workout in with my blaze.
@@BowflexWorkouts I’m getting a Cromecast in the next couple days so I can use my phone to control the workout room tv. So don’t worry. Soon I’ll probably be leaving more comments about nothing than you want Lol
Not sure that it matters at this point, but you have your Bowflex assembled incorrectly...from what I can tell. The red "bar" down low with the pulleys on it...should be mounted behind the vertical support.
Awesome! Hope you check out the rest of the channel. This was an early video of mine and I've added a good 50 since recording it. Lots of follow-along routines and stuff like upgrades.
Love your videos Would like it if the timer beeps were louder as it's not always possible to view video during workout and use the audio bell often, and in some videos it seems to be very faint and inaudible
Hey, I know it's been a bit, but I stumbled across a channel that might be helpful for you. Not for the bowflex, but rehab advice from a physical therapist on all sorts of injuries: ruclips.net/user/E3Rehabvideos
Need more resistance? Check out this upgrade kit that I designed to help you get the most out of you Bowflex: ruclips.net/video/3fuW6REm2mo/видео.html
Thanks i never would have figured these out on my own for core work
My husband was thinking of getting a bowflex,I was wanting to make sure I could do ab workouts on one before we buy. Thanks for the tutorial
Making my Blaze more useful every time I watch you videos. Thanks!
if you straighten your arms when holding the bowflex cables it will provide the desired resistance can increase resistance for other exercises too.

No worries, I do the same with the smart TV. It's usually not hard to like vids from them. I appreciate the note.

For the last exercise you can clip one handle on both power rods to make it more of a comfortable grip 👍
Can you make an Ab/core video for the Bowflex Xceed? Without the bench, these moves do not work.
Thanks!
Definitely! I've been planning on recording one for a while and will try to get it out soon.
Not the same format, but wanted to make sure you saw this video: ruclips.net/video/ZQNQjFovd4Y/видео.html

Yep, you right....and I fixed it since recording this one. :)
This made me smile
Could you do a ab workout? Like the push pull leg workouts? Using a timer etc? I would love that!!
Definitely! I plan to do an Ab add-on routine soon. Maybe I should try an "8 minute abs" routine too?
I luckily came across this video. I didn't know the Bowflex was good for abs too!

Great content, thanks for covering Bowflex!
Thanks! I don't know much about ferrets though. :)

Thank you and I agree. Good audio is such a big challenge for me and I'm constantly trying to improve it. Thanks for the note and feedback!
Great content thx
Shoulder exercises for rehab?
Sorry, past my area of expertise at this time. Something I'd like to be able to help with someday though.
@@BowflexWorkouts Thanks I understand
