Whenever I add fresh orange/lemon/lime to something in a blender (like a smoothie or salad dressing), I always slice off a small, thin strip of the rind and chuck it in. You should try it! It bumps the flavour up so much and the smell is much more intense. And because everything is already being blended, you don't have to pull the zester/grater out and saves another thing to wash up! Great video as always! :)

It is better/advised to blend the chia/flax seeds because they are so small we don't usually "bite through them" when eating an "unblended" meal, which means we don't get all the precious nutrients. So it's ok if you add the whole seeds to your blender. Oh and the vitamines or, more importantly, minerals, don't go away when blending, it is just easier for our bodies to absorb the omegas when the seeds are blended (because they are so small that we could otherwise just swallow them and get no use of it).
I actually use the whole clementine rind and all and the whole leaves of kale stems and all. Vitamix laughs at them and chews them up. No waste at all. Love you both. You’ve helped me soooo much. Bless you both. 🙏❤️🪷

Amazing video as always, with amazing inspiring meals. Just a little tip: if you steam your tempeh and then marinate it while it is still warm, it will soak up all the flavours. Once cooled, you can do whatever. Bake, grill, airfry... I cut up my tempeh and steam it in the microwave for about 6 minutes. That gets rid of the bitter flavour and I swear it smells like bacon once it's been steamed.
Those recipes look delicious as always! Your content is always motivating my partner and I to eat healthier more habitually. I’m lazy in the kitchen and don’t want to spend a long time cooking. I really find your recipes to be accesible to whatever grains/greens/veggies you have on hand and can work off for more than one meal. You really help us make healthier choices - thank you!

I've been adding it to my smoothies and it gives it such a wonderful fruity taste! i just thought i would thank you because you are the one who inspired me to start adding herbs into my smoothies. 😀 the plant is beautiful and smells amazing and it has a bunch of medicinal properties as well! you wont regret planting it!

Continuing your streak of excellent videos! The smoothie (and everything else) looks tremendous. I keep adding ingredients to my breakfast smoothie bowl and it's swelled to about 1,300 calories and 70 grams of protein 🙂

Today is my first day watching your videos. I enjoyed them watching them..it was a fresh take on plant-based food. I’m trying to incorporate a lot more fruits and vegetables into my meals. I am so used to using different kinds of oils and that is where my problem lies when it comes to dressings. I will have to watch some of your videos that show different ways to make dressings. It's a great idea! I have done it a few times with sauces and smoothies and I am a fan too! Try and get organic if you're going to use the skin!
