What are the things that are done after becoming a monk in Shaolin temple. Do we need to choose a Kung Fu style that we like or all should learn one technic
I'm very interested in changing my life with shaolin principles. I was hoping one day you would be able to discuss the principles of Buddhism from a Shaolin perspective. Do you follow the middle way? How do you view karma and samsara?

nice video and explanation, but if this is a drill. Do you think it better to do both side so not just one side of the leg gets strong?
