Folks are still doing the Macarena? Wow. I live in Sacramento CA, and when I attended my youngest daughter’s wedding three years ago, her friends started doing the Macarena and the hustle. I couldn’t believe my eyes. One of my friends from high school was there with me, and both us went outside so we could talk about how we never would’ve believed that dances would be popular with young people these days. As far as I know, my generation (late baby boomers who were born after the Korean War) never tried to do the dances our parents did. Every one of my friends said the same thing, and they also ran out of their houses to laugh whenever their parents played slow songs from their teen years. Etta James’s song “At Last” seemed to be a common favorite for most of them. I agree that it is a very pretty song, but that didn’t stop any of us from running out of our homes whenever our parents slow danced so we could fall out on the front lawn to laugh until our sides hurt!

OKAY LISTEN. I'm not sure how to conversation came up, but at a football game yesterday someone said something about pepto bismol. EXEPT FOR THEY PRONOUNCED IT "PEP-TOE-BIZ-MOE". After asking around, I asked 9 different people and they all said the same thing, "PEP-TOE-BIZ-MOE". I started getting so frustrated because I say it, "Pep-toe-biz-mall" and it didn't make sense to me why they were saying "moe". Thus, that it why I am here, and sure enough I was right.
These kind of people must be removed from this earth. The English cannot be allowed to continue. Please tell us you removed them with great prejudice. #peptogang
