    Another great one for when not feeling well/tired (heavy cold atm). Though I must've been doing something wrong because I was able to lift and straighten out my leg and hold it there. Hate eagle arms can't get hands anywhere near each other (would that be due to shoulder mobility?)

      Great job Katrina, and feel better soon! Straightening the leg and holding it out is super tough and requires your hip flexors to switch on (which they sometimes refuse to do if they're confused!) As far as eagle arms, this can be tricky with tight shoulders, so yes, mobility could be a sneaky culprit. If you haven't tried this upper body practice this might be a good one to help you work on that: ruclips.net/video/OzsNpd9ziVM/видео.html
