I do! You can check out the lessons tab at www.nicolacanzano.com. I don’t have any room at the moment, but I should in the spring! Thanks very much for your kind words!
What an excellent and difficult question, one I’ve spent years trying to answer. I don’t know yet, but I’ve made some headway. Study Bach and Mozart ;).
@@Dreaming_Genio Good point. I noticed that too, however, I’m referring more to how to extend the length of a movement. I know one thing is add repeats and structure (like sonata or tertiary form)
You can take some lessons if you’d like and I can show you what I’ve learned. Or you can message me on Facebook and we can chat (for free of course). I’m always very happy to discuss things like this, which are always on my mind.
Wow, really nice job. This might be my favorite non-Bach trio sonata!
I’m incredibly flattered! My favourite non-Bach trios have to be by JG Goldberg (of Goldberg Variations fame). We lost a good one when that guy died!
Amazing work! I love this!
Thank, Genio! The appreciation of a fellow composer is one of the highest compliments I can receive. I’m very grateful for your nice words!
Lovely and original! I wonder if you offer any online private lesson on composition or something like that.

What a beautiful trio! How do you write long contrapuntal pieces? I struggle to write anything longer than 3 minutes no matter what I do :P

One thing I noticed is that this piece is broken into different movements! So maybe thinking in movements might be of help to you?

Really, NICE! Obviously I prefer the "Dolce" but the whole piece is expertly written. Bravo Nicola!!
Hey thanks, Dad! :)
