It dosent work Norton put it back on auto renew immediately you have to chat to the norton crew to get them to do it. But beware they will answer all your question with a question steering away from what your trying to get done. Its a very very slow process and can be extremely painful. And good luck talking to someone who is English. I do not recommend this product simply because of all the trouble you have to go through. And the audacity of Norton putting it on auto renew without your permission.

while i don't know the answer to your question i will say if you go with Norton make sure to turn off auto renewal because it chargers you a month early before the subscription runs out and when it does you get almost no warning that they are going to do it

Yes, once you purchase the antivirus cancel the renewal subscription. You will still get the same benefits until it expires. It's cheaper to buy it new and do the same thing again.
