I saw Attila back in the days where Rage was just coming out, and Fronz and the whole band for that matter were the most pleasant, fun and hilarious dudes. So happy this dude is still out there doing the damn thing
I kinda feel like they're like a metal Eminem in the sense that it's not quite satire but also dont take it too serious just enjoy and have a good time lol
Just want to throw this out there. I want Fronz to know most Attila fans and myself included still really love Fallacy and Soundtrack To A Party and would appreciate it if one day they could be relatively available again on CD. Even do vinyl it would sell very well. I LOVE OLD ATTILA! I hope Fronz knows this. Make it happen!🤘🙏
I've always wanted Soundtrack To A Party on CD Fronz if you read this, I was the very first person in Columbia SC who went to the record store day of release and asked for Rage. They didn't even have it out on the shelf, I made homie open the shipping boxes from Artery. I'm real day one. I remember showing my friend Soda In The Water Cup on a high school computer in the library. We literally went in there at lunch time, and I said "you have to hear this new band" and managed to use a proxy site to get on Myspace or whatever it was. We were fucking nerds too. I also read enough books to eat a lot of Pizza Hut Personal Pan pizza 🍕🍕😂😂
@@amberwhite328 you're incorrect Chris Linck and Fronz are on STAP why wouldn't they still collect royalties? Pretty sure they wrote the songs, it's still on Apple music and Amazon mp3 etc so while they might have legal issues getting that physical pressed by whoever they're signed with, used to be metal blade I think or razor and tie Can't remember but pretty sure they're independent artists now. My guess is that some ex member still owns some rights and the boys don't think it is worth paying to get the old shit back, that was my point in saying I KNOW *I* would pay money for that
17:20 This makes me feel a lot better about getting arrested, falling back, and leveling up for the last 3 years. It’s weird thinking that at one point my band was playing with Fronz and the guys and now 15 yrs later, musically socially financially and physically starting over from scratch. We also played the Cleansing CD release show in Fredericksburg VA. We hung out in the van getting blazed for like 2 hrs and that day is still one of my all time favorite memories. We weren’t even on tour together and you guys treated us like brothers! RIP Mitch 🙌 Long live Suicide!! 🙌🦾🙌
The folks still hating on Fronzie is crazy. The dude is living his life, bring happy, not giving a shit and doing whatever he wants. No only that on this pod he seems happy as fuck and like he has a good head on his shoulders. Been listening since my brother showed me "Rage" in 2012 when i was 11. Fronz is a fuckin legend. Living in Fl it would be tight as fuck to run into Fronz or any of the Attila or many metal bands that live down here.
I love attila, and how much folks truly misunderstand Fronz and attila for sure. But regardless dude has done very well for himself and no matter what folks think...
reading books at 10 is extremely advanced? thats kind of crazy to me by that age i was fully into reading king novels but favorite of course for my age was rl stine for sure
@@jakeraabe4536 lol yeah dude acting like reading Harry potter at 10 is giving him so much knowledge. incredibly cringe. Kids learn to read at like 5 or 6
I used to snear at Atilla but man, I have come to have so much respect for Chris. And there actually are quite a few good Atilla songs, especially their more recent songs.
No idea? I have minimal knowledge of them, (I just like Garza's podcast) but first impression is he's so self-centered and comes off like a clueless spoiled rich kid. He's kind of the poster child for entitlement, despite all the claims he makes about not being coddled. And reading books at 10??? What 10 year old doesn''t read? Talking about the Book-It program like it was some secret - every kid did that back then. He just seems really self-important...and honestly his tattoos make him look like a douche. Seems like he's more about the image than the substance. (and this is from as unbiased unexposed-to-him position as possible.
My last US tour was a direct support for Attila after their first album. Small tour and we weren’t sure if we’d get along with them when taking the tour but after a couple days we were all in love. Years after I stepped away from touring I’d meet up with them whenever they play my area and grab drinks and dinner before or after the show. Extremely hard working guys. Happy for all their success.
Fronz. If you happen to read this. Just a heads up. Or possibly you know if you're actually taking it seriously and hired actual consultants. Running for president and touring at the same time is a sure fire way to end up in jail or oweing millions. Doug Stanhope found out the hard way when he was touring as a stand up comic and a libertarian run decade's ago as a goof. If you mention your campaign while on tour playing with Attila that money is campaign money, not your personal money. Of course its more complicated than that and a ton of nuance. The point is, be careful and doing this as a goof is not smart.
While I don't necessarily agree with the direction Attila's music has gone, this was an amazing interview. It was nice to see Fronz open up so much about things that shaped his life. His success is highly commendable.
Great conversation. From my teaching experience: Harry Potter books' lexile reading level ranges from about 4th/5th grade to 9th grade depending on the book.
Marijuana is legal in Massachusetts and its really good. Currently taking a tincture to deal with my oral cancer/jaw replacement. Helps me just feel normal .. no psychoactive effects. Residents all got $500 tax rebate because state is raking MASSIVE money.

I ate a lot of those pizzas 😂 But there's a loud hissing in your audio i think it's Garzas microphone 🎙️ EDIT: yoooo i REMEMBER that Monster outbreak tour flyer with Asking Alexandria and the blue background i remember thinking that besides MMF literally that's all my favorite bands at one show. I met the band in 2014 after I won a free meet and greet in Sacramento. Some of the nicest group of people I've ever met in a band (or ever!). All smiles and just being themselves. Saw them again at Aftershock. I really Wanted to see Limp Bizkit's full set but it's like "fuck man Attila is here you know it's going to be crazy" so we dipped 20 min into Limps set so we could get a good spot for Atilla. No regrets.
Sign Of The Swarm, Vital Deprivation, i heard that shit the night it dropped while tripping, shit gave me goosebumps, but in a goodway, really enjoyed it.
That's interesting, the whole reading thing before the age of 10. Is it usual in the US for kids not to be into reading by then? I mean, I vividly recall my grandma basically making me read at 4 or 5, and it was like a solid 2 hours every single day.
Just a clarification on the COVID comments; Florida has the 3rd highest COVID cases and 3rd highest COVID deaths. But they are 8th in the nation per capita.
My first concert was all stars back in 2012 and I remember it being in November I was excited to see suicide silence but they weren't able to come on my date cause of the passing of mitch it was really sad hearing the news 😢
Deck of cards was recommend by Joey Sturgis? I remember what band did that first they were called "Arbiter" "The arbiter method" of writing breakdowns. That's sick Joey was still doing that in 2013. I have done it 😅
Got my nose broken during Atilla’s set when we opened for them in Lynchburg VA, like 04-06ish? Maybe later than ICR 🤷♂️ Cant remember exactly when it was. Cool dudes and good times tho 😂
The story with Mitch being kind to Fronz was very heartwarming to hear 💜
Love your vids homie
@@CZAR_Vocals thanks man 🤘🏻🩷
right??? that's what I'm saying
It is heartwarming indeed, also is this a hint for an attila video? 👀👀

What is the underlying nuance and sophistication to “suck my fuck”?
Just saw Attila for the 8th time a couple weeks ago, saw fronz outside the venue and he gave a full bear hug haha such a nice dude! lol
