Very pretty bow! I like the idea of horn being used, a bit heavy draw for a shorter bow with shorter draw length. As for stringing, there is one technique using a sitting position with the limb over your thigh and folded knee in the center, I'm not sure how well it works but something to look into for the shorter bows.
@@MrRourkit performs well in the beginning, but after some frequent practice its lower limb became a little soft, so need some time to fix before shooting now. performance wise its amazing, smooth draw with great speed, PLUS the bowyer has been upgrading his bow, so i think its worth a try
The long awaited is finally here... Kang Anwar is a great bowyer, nice and humble person, he makes a lot af beautiful & good bows... It very nice to see one of them in Armin's hand. Thank you for the review
This bow transcends beauty! Yea, there is no beating Turkish bows for innate and dynamic 'prettiness'. The price seems very fair considering that it contains horn. Off topic: would you consider reviewing a Dave Mead's horse bow? Recently ordered a bamboo/sinew bow kit from him for my son's birthday. I'm really excited, in anticipation, to build the bow with my son- great bonding exercise. Expecting the bow to arrive today/tomorrow. Feel like a kid waiting for a new toy. Flaxen Saxon.

A very nice short bow with beautiful painted details! ☺️👍 I haven’t heard of this bowyer before and am curious about the next videos as well 😁 Thank you so much for the review, Armin! ☺️🙏
Gosh what a gorgeous looking bow. Beyond impressed with the look, painting, shape, curves of this one. So stunning. Another outstanding review from the best bow reviewer on YT. Great work Armin. Hope you're having a good weekend.
Carebows bows are beautiful. Craftsmanship is superb. Seems slightly slow but that could be from the string angle. I've been very impressed with these hybrids from Indonesia! I own three, two from Aj archery, long Turkish bows with a 32" draw. And a Crimean tartar from Kang Onnot which is a real nice bow also 30" draw maximum. I've compared to my grozer biocompsites and in my opinion they shoot very similar. But I will say mine are quite fast. The one with Buffalo horn are kind of stiff. Buti have one done with sheep horn which draws real smooth 2.5 lbs per inch all the way to 30" max draw. My next will be a mughal bow by Aj archery. Can't wait to see your review on Carebows mughal bow. Thanks for another great review I'm glad you had a chance to review these style hybrids.
Can't wait for the carebows series, I've been following him for a long time, incredible bowyer, can't wait to save up for one of his organic composites!
Always interesting to me how these reviews manage to be fascinating, meditative, and deeply relaxing all at the same time. Think I'll go outside and shoot a couple of dozen arrows before work. Thanks so much!
OMG is that a beauty 😱😱😱 (Except the offset handle, but I know...) It looks a lot like out of an old game with not much polygones an this is not a critic, but a benefit!!! Other handle, 31 max draw and I would start saving money just to have it in the first place.
it's about a month now that i follow your vids, and great shooting stand (building something likewise for my bows), and amazing complete review's, for 6 years i sweared to crossbow's, until the last year i'm more into recurve and compound bow's, now i know what to look for if i want a new recurve! Great channel Armin.
A very beautiful bow as well as another informative review. Thanks, I look forward to seeing the Mughal bows based on your teaser. There are some amazing Indonesian bowyers.
I can see a well made bow . Despite the poundage you handle it very well. I think the craftsman who made that bow must be happy. Enjoy the weekend Armin 🙏
nice bow, nice teacher ( or master but maybe too much for you're modesty =) ), nice revue like the olders, i feel the love here, wish you full nice shoots too !
Ahhhh, the kasan is much too straight pre draw should be slightly curved and only bend straight at full draw . This one actually bends a bit backwards at full 😳......uh oh these details are important for the bow to function as they were meant. If you want to see a perfect example of how it's supposed to bend look at the Simsek bows , they have an old master bow builder so their bows are going to function exactly as they were meant to do. So whoever made this one listen up get this detail right and it will perform better.
Sweet little bow , the wood has always been the weakness in a bow so it makes sense to use fiberglass as a backbone. I'm a big fan of Mugal bows and I can't wait to see their version
bought a 130lb@32 version
Get discord? 😊

Grain the weight
I went here because I want to know about the Bow. You bought it from my local bowmaker in Indonesua, Anwar Al Ghoruty.

Oh yeah, another video from Armin. It is a good day! And... Good day to you sir!
How do you know what type of arrowes to use with a Turkish hybrid bow?
I test the bow first with around 10gpp and then I go lower, as usually Turkish design bows can handle 7-8gpp easy
Wow that good, cheers for your reply, hope you have a good shooting time
my turkish hybrid bow broke after only 4 months. The manufacturer (Carebows) said there was no warranty. Good luck to all.

This bow is right up my ally. Especially being 55 a pounder. Absolutely beautiful. I love it. How much is it.
I know right looks as good or even better than the short Turkish by Grozer
Base models start around 350 euros and go up from there, depending on design etc.

Thank you so much for another amazing review Armin. I was curious as to why you think if that bow was 500 euro than not worth it?
For 500 Euro you can get a bow from Grozer as example which will perform better

The artwork on the bow is beautiful. You are right in saying it is a piece of working art.
The rounded, black and shiny belly of this bow is so damn sexy... -yeah, exactly what you though now!

Very nice looking bow, but kinda underwhelmed when I saw the chrono result. Nice craftmanship though.
as mentioned, I guess the bow needs to be shot way more than I did. Gotten faster every time.
Once warmed up and with the appropriate GPP...it is spitting arrows at nearly 200 fps. Heavier arrows will naturally be slower.
@@harlinwall9367 do you mind sharing the chrono result/test with me? You can find me on FB either Bamboo Archery - Malaysia or Ronald Chong Kok Hoong
@@bambooarchery Armin did a chrono test in the video. You can view the different GPP in relation to the speed here in his review. :)
Horn is like damper
At full organic bow they use 5-6 gpp backthen
But with fiberglass maybe you need ask the bowyer for the limit
