Kachri ko punjabi mein CHIBBAD bolte hai yeh punjab mein July August mein sand areas mein milta hai , Fazilka, Ferozepur, Muktsar, Bathinda, Faridkot Area mein easily available hai, isko sukhaa kar powder bana limited, Iski chatnee bhee bahut tasty hoti hai..❤

What is this khachri powder??
It is a small sour vegetable found in thar desert, cut , sun dried and used as sour powder like aamchur.
In Punjabi it's called 'chibbarh'

Few issues with the recipe:
1. Too much onion… sweet tinge will come
2. Both kachri powder and dahi are souring agents hence shouldn’t be used together in such quantities
