Love your work dude!! Went on a keto & gained all my weight back when I quit, it's been a slow journey but your recipes are a lifesaver. Went from 190 @ 5'2 to 172!! A long way to go but you've been soooo helpful in helping me reach macros

Made this, was really satisfying and about half of the calories of regular mac n cheese (without chicken and buffalo wing sauce) Loced the suggestion of adding bel pepper and onion to bulk up the dish. Really a great recipe! 😊

Hey I absolutely hate chicken breast because it's so fucking dry. Was it dry when you cooked it? I really dislike chewing dry chicken breast so I'm always weary trying any recipe that involves chicken breast 🥲

FYI a great way to make the sauce even creamier is to save a few teaspoons of the pasta water when you drain and add it into the pan.

Great job, also if you buy or make sour salt you can just mix the cheese with water or milk and thus cut off the calories from the starch and evaporated milk. Maybe not a lot but everything counts I figure.

Really good recipe. Have been watching a lot of your videos and have some great ideas now! I have a question and perhaps you could do a vid on this as I’m sure people will benefit greatly. How do you weigh your food for macros especially when meal prepping. For example, let’s say I am making a stir fry for meal Prep. How would I know how much of the weight comes from each ingredient? I hope that makes sense! Thank you
