You all like to bitch about him lifting and creasing the shingle its damaged its gonna be replaced and if insurance had said he did the damage he can show this video of him lifting it before he further damaged it he lifted to show you what wins damage looks like its likely to be replaced anyway.
True don't pull the shingles then drag your finger across to make the creased damage. You never checked the nail spacing to see if they were installed wrong. You did not check to see if the nails were shot in on an angle for poor installation, need to consider these things also. Good video just need to sharpen it a bit but thanks.
When you have multiple courses of shingles that lived at one time it could be a result of the roofing contractor over driving the nails into the shingle product itself and it may not be considered wind
Wow. He's pulling the shingle and then wiping thus creating the creased shingle. I guess he does this so much its just become normal to him and he doesn't think twice about creating damage on video.
Super professional video! Very informative. Thank you
Perfect simple and to the point omg thanks so much! 😊

The shingles didn't come off, the tar tabs broke. If they were nailed in an angle the shingles would have blown off the roof completely.
Excellent video!
Where on earth do you find chalk like that. Nice!
Where did you get that big piece of chaulk?

Uhm dude you just creased the shit out of that shingle and then wiped it. That's causing damage lol
Riiiiight, lol.

If 3 shingles are marked next to each other is that only 1 count
Insurance way to go front right back and left side
State Farm and Allstate would never agree to pay a cent.
Not true state farm pays out almost 3 billion dollars a year replacing roof damages due to hail damage alone.
You pay for it and they keep without insurance pay back. These two have been taken to court. So maybe that's what a lot people should start doing.
Title of video says wind damage, thumbnail shows an inspector photographing hail. Ok…
Why not check shingles for hail? Are we working for the INS. CO. or the public? I would not allow you on my roof.
He literally led off with there hasn’t been a reported hail storm in 4 years 😵💫😵💫😵💫
Pro Tip: If you can lift a group of shingles up like that by hand, they probably were installed incorrectly. Wind would have torn them off the roof...
Pro Tip : There are obvious signs of wind damage immediately following a wind storm. They will get approval on a repair and possibly a replacement.
Pro tip? You are wrong tho bud.
Next!
why do you not have to have a rigging harness on?
😂
what he said😂🥴😂
What state is that in?
the state of confusion... lol
so hurtin
Or cause damage. You picked it up way past 45. Looks like bad install as well.

Don't drop that chalk.....It'll break through the decking and you'll owe to fix it!
Your pitch measurement was incorrect lol
Just looks like a bad install.
3-tab suck
That's probably the starter shingle not 2 layers and should be able to determine the pitch without silly app
Do not train your reps to inspect like this.
