    Where can we get more indepth training to identify different wind or hail and everything else an adjuster is looking for???

      Racoons are mammals. Raccoon damage is covered on most policies unless it's specifically excluded.

      @@ChicagoRoofer You are incorrect. Again, the insurance company is not a warranty program. The owner is responsible to maintain the roof.
