I liked this one. It's a rather good idea. I just feel they shouldn't have narrowed it down to childrens only but actually made it for both children and disabled people. i dont know why the dragons are fussed about the name, it's hard to brand targeting a specific family member... but thats an issue, they might as well have called it "an ancestors manners"
They told you exactly why they were fussed about the name... Because it might isolate people who don't identify as nana, and it's a generic phrase that will be hard to brand online.
In most of English society, we say “grandma” or “granny”.
“Nana” actually means “nanny”, which is a paid childcarer.
It’s only in a subsection of society that they use “nana” to mean grandma. Therefore the brand excludes the majority.
