I am a one-man one-machine shop with a new Integrex to learn. Excellent video, thanks Mike. I particularly like your ideas for the tool data NOM field for turning tools. I was just putting in the carousel number but makes more sense to put insert edge angle, etc. Your videos really help.
How to define a second cutting edge for a grooving tool? E.g i have to machine a precise groove and want to use two seperate offsets for left and right cutting edge
This is great information! I know it isn't in the scope of this video, but could you share any insight into how to add tool models from vendors into the database, to be used in the safety shield?
