Yeah if you live in a sub tropical area it cold grow fruit in like 5 years but it has to get big in the ground or in a pot and you gotta fertilize it and if it gets cold in your area then I would recommend wrapping it up for winter.

It's safer and more effective to remove the husk with a spoon. Don't use a knife, if you must, use a blunt one

Maybe I got lucky, but I didn't even take the seed out of the pod. I literally through it in a old stump , and now I have a baby mango tree!!!

I did this now I have 5 sprowting mango seeds
I kept my mango plant in it's first container during winter in my room.now it's leaves are dry😥is it dead?

During germination where did you kept the seeds with ziplock bag and water? I mean in which lighting conditions or in dark?
Make sure the bag is closed tightly so the air is a bit humid and keep in a dark place

for me worked within 9 days more or less in a box close to the window. Aprox. 1 1/2 2 meters from distance
