- In this video, Legs from the Moxi Skate Team unboxes a pair of Moxi Lolly Roller Skates showing you what exactly how they arrive and what is included in the box; a tool, care instructions and laces. Legs also show s how to lace up your roller skates properly, how to tighten the toe stop or brakes, change the wheels and adjust your trucks. Wheels, trucks and brakes should be checked upon opening to avoid factory settings getting in the way of your roll. You will learn how to perform regular maintenance checks to your roller skates from this video.

I recommend that when you buy your skates also buy some Derby laces as well. Because the cotton laces that come with the skates tend to fray after a few months, but the Derby laces have a really nice waxy coating on them so keep them from fraying.
My toe stops were wiggling around when the nut was fully tightened.... i realized my washer was upside down 🤦♀️🤦♀️ i got my lollies 3 days ago and i love them so so much 💙💙

I wear 9 1/2 - 10 sized shoes and the size 9 moxi fit perfectly.
I bought a lolly complete pack...but it didn't come with a crabtool...I didn't complain back then because I thought you'd have to buy that tool, I didn't know it was supposed to come with the rollerskates....😬

Mine didn’t come with a crab tool and they don’t go straight and I can’t fix it because the lack of a crab tool. I would expect everything to come like the crab tool after waiting for 25 weeks.
I'm a size 7 in women's shoes and got the size 5 lolly's and they fit me perfectly!! hoping this helps someone :)

I have a question (to anyone who might see this) I got moxi lollys today and when i roll them they both veer off to the left A LOT. Like more than my impalas which I kind of expect it with. Is this always down to the plates being off? I’m guessing I should return these skates? Sorry I’m pretty new to skating but I feel like defective lollys are unheard of and idk if I’m doing something wrong :/ like I can’t even skate in them without my left foot being pulled to the left

I'm not sure if I should invest in a good expensive pair or for cheap alternatives bc I'm not a professional nor do I i know the basics to even stand in them without falling lol. It seems so fun that I would like to try. Which do you recommend that I get?

Moxi skates come in men's sizing and they are for any gender. If you want dark Moxis you would probably want the black ones as pretty much a;ll the other ones are pastel or very bright.
Its been almost 4 months with no skates. :( Apparently Covid doesn't want me to have some.

I waited almost four months too but emailed them asking for an updated since I noticed there wasn’t anything in their newsletter. They got back to me fast and sent my skates right away. The only sad part was that I didn’t get a crab tool so I had to purchase it separately 😅
I ordered mine end of April and got them in June. Sent them back in July because they were too small and I just got them today. . . 6 months after the re-order. I know.
I am looking to buy some and wear a 8 1/2 shoe - so thats a 7 in Moxi Lolly right? Will this be too tight a fit would an 8 be better?
Measure your foot and go by the size chart. I wear a 6 1/2-7 and went with a 5. In another brand I wear a 4 in skates so definitely do those two things.
I know I have to “preorder” these....does that just mean longer wait time in general because of everything going on or the manufacture is closed during this time?

How many bearings come on each outdoor lolly wheel ? And if I buy indoor wheels, could I just use the same bearings and install them into the indoor wheels? How many bearings per wheel do the outdoor lolly’s come with . Is it the same for every wheel
jennifer each wheel has 2 bearings, so for a pair of skates, you need 16 bearings total. This is important to keep in mind because they’re often sold in backs of 8.
Anyone have a recommendation if I normally wear a size 6 to 6.5 in woman’s (sadly bcuz of bunions)

The crab tool, it automatically comes with the Lolly completes? Just wanna make sure and not spend extra because I checked on Moxi’s site and that item doesn’t show that it comes with the skates.

Will these work for sidewalks or kinds rough sidewalks with a little gravel?
Yes. Lolly skates are good for outside. The wheels are like "jelly" material so very good for hard impact

@@jaryanaherr1671 I ordered directly from Moxi since I couldn't find a distributer that had any in stock. The email I got said 6-8 weeks but on the live they said it might be up to ten and to please wait at least that long to send an inquiry. So I'm just over here pretending to be patient lol

I’m guessing they should because you are still ordering moxi lollies. So most likely they will.
Proabably, but you may want to invest in a Y3 or Y4 (depending on the plate you got) tool. Waaaaaay sturdier.

I’m 7.5 in shoes and ordered a 6 in lollies. They should fit perfectly due to all the research and measuring I’ve done. Although I haven’t received them yet.

Use the chart on the website to measure your foot so that you know what size to get so that they fit.

What does 'really loose" mean for trucks? Like no threads showing - wobbly - is that "really loose"? Or does no one go that far? I've watched all your videos that mention loosening trucks and all of them use this vague "really loose" phrasing but never SHOW what that even means.
Is the Lolly suitable for people with wide feet?
i've been watching nothing but skate videos for days now (just ordered my first pair of lolly's - i know it's going to be quite a while before i see them) and every review video i've watched about them says YES they are suitable for wide feet! check out Planet Roller Skates product review for these!
