- Retail giant Checkers has been confirmed as the official South African retail partner of the Prime energy drink. It’s believed that since launching in June 2022, the drink has generated $250-million in retail sales worldwide.
Prime was created by RUclipsrs Logan Paul and KSI, who have a combined following of more than 47 million people. For more, we speak to Renaldo Phillips, head buyer at Checkers. #DStv403

Well done Checkers for always keeping your promise to us, your customers. Kids wanted this so badly... But it was just not affordable. R500 for 1x 500ml. Kids charging R100 per sip to taste. Even takealot was charging an arm and a leg. Even now takealot was just 1 for over R200. You make pricing right a walk in the park. I can now afford this and my son will get to experience this worldwide craze right here in south africa... Thanks to Checkers...

I saw this Prime drinks in OK foods baines in Windhoek yesterday and i was shocked to see the price N$398 for a 500ml..i really don't understand the hype 😑
