Wow that's crazy only 11 states left! So many great adventures thus far! 🎉💕 Some ideas for future videos- I love the rock formations, when you were kayaking (? Canoe) around the lake that was fun, rock scrambles..... N Always your great personality ( you always have some funny lines just outta the clear blue!) For example - Let's see how far ol Bessie will go, than ur facial expression - had me laughing 😆 Also, that's wonderful to take breaks throughout to spend time w family n recharge! 💕💕 I got patience to wait for your videos
G,day Maddie Nice little expedition, a scenic view, a compfy chair and a beer, only thing left is fishing !! Will watch anything you put up, sure it will be interesting
There’s probably soo much you’ve missed in states as you drove by or went on a specific route. I’d love to just continue watching you explore the country
Maddie! Loved you capturing yourself, lounging in a chair, drinking a beer above a waterfall. That would make a beautiful still photo. It’s been so much fun following you so far. I hope you enjoy creating videos as much as we do watching them. I’m particularly fond of hiking. I began following you because of your SHT thru hike. But your personality draws people in regardless of what adventure you take on.
Really enjoying your videos & seeing you on your adventures. I've been thinking about taking a road trip in my van, more than likely solo, and just seeing what's out there. Currently learning all I can. Never thought much about taking pictures and videos but now I am. Will have to get all the info and tips for that too.
That’s awesome!! Solo road trips are so fun because you never have to compromise with anyone! I’m so excited for you! Taking pictures and videos makes it even more memorable!
I got into an adventurous mood, fun watching your channel.. I'm from MO originally. In MO, your not allowed glass on many of the rivers and lakes.. Not sure about the parks, but be sure to check first. Probably the same in the other states.
The trees reflected in the puddle and the closeup of the tree bark are really cool shots. Did it smell like cotton candy? Awesome waterfall. Powerful. Thank you for sharing
California deserves at least 5 videos. There are so many places, like the Eastern Sierra that are so different than say the Redwoods. Plus each region has it’s own beer. Maybe 10 videos for California. And if I see Bessie while I’m camping near Mammoth, I’ll be sure to say hi.
I ordered some stuff for the new bike and the Amazon pickup place was CPR in Farmington!!! They are a friendly group. They let me get rid of the boxes in their dumpster.
You're good at kayaking and seem comfortable on the water, so I thought an interesting idea would be to find places where you can rent a kayak or raft and video rivers and lakes as part of your travels. You needn't kayak or canoe in every video, but more incorporation of rivers and lakes would be pretty cool. I really enjoyed the video where you paddled around that lake and got lost for a bit (I didn't enjoy that you got lost, that's scary!). The ecology of waterways is super interesting and I bet people would be interesting in seeing more of that. Just a thought. Not sure how practical it is to incorporate more paddling stuff. It might be cost-prohibitive. Keep up the good work!
When you get to the PNW (Oregon, I think) there are like hidden hot springs here and there and I've seen some of the videos of people at them, but the videos I've watched didn't disclose the location or show points on a map. That's an idea that would be appreciated .... I've also never been to the Dakotas, Wyoming, Idaho, etc., and will look forward to something interesting from you when you get there. Thanks Maddie.
There is so much to see in every state that it's impossible to go everywhere. Even here in the northwest corner of South Carolina and the western North Carolina mountains there are places I go and tell people and they say they've lived around here all their lives and never heard of it. And I discover new places as well. So I would go where your heart desires most the first time and then fill in the gaps later on when you can. However, I can say my favorite spot in California was Sequoia National park. Yep, the Redwood forest is amazing as well as is Yosemite but there was something magic about the mountains and the massive trees. In Utah I only explored the northeast corner because Dinosaur National monument was on my must see list from childhood and to a dinosaur nerd like myself it was all I had hoped for. Everything around Vernal, Utah is amazing for scenery and ancient (like really ancient) history. Scott's Bluff in Nebraska is a fun and quick stop where you can drive to the top of the bluff and witness what settlers more than a hundred fifty years ago saw to the west and wonder if you would have continued when you see that vast expanse of prairie. In Colorado, well, take you pick as everything in the Rockies is gorgeous. Leadville is a cool old town that is somehow still hanging on to a few residents. Rocky Mountain National park is a gem. And, yes, though it's cliche and a common photo stop the Maroon Bells outside of Aspen are worth every bit hype. Epic and awesome are vastly overused these days but the Bells qualify. Sometimes the tourist spots are popular for very good reason.
Just more of your cool personality. As a nomad myself, I have seen tons of nature vids. All of them good. But I loved your day in the life of being a door dasher. I would love to see you when your in a pub or interacting when your just hanging out being you. Your funny, quirky, and have a style of your own. Definitely the kind of person I would love to hang and have a beer with!
For me, I don’t have any room for a litter box or food storage, but maybe if you planned what you took with you in your van around having space for those things it would be doable! You would have to keep it very temperature controlled, though
I really really want to meet up with you. I live in Ventura CA. I'm getting my van soon and would meet up with ya for a Beer anywhere! Otherwise, just keep adventuring, it so inspiring. Keep being you!
It depends where you go! I find free campsites on certain public lands (mainly out west) or sleep in parking lots when I know the business owners are cool with it

Thank you for scrambling wet rocks to show beautiful Rocky Falls at flood stage. Amazing photography.
The colors on those rocks were so beautiful, the purples with the green mosses. Just gorgeous!
They really were!
Outstanding video, enjoyable and so entertaining. Love it 😍 👌🎥🎶

Right after you said, " let's see how far Bessie will take her" 😃 the look on your face ..🤸♀️😎

In answer to your question, I really like the hikes and to get to see the scenery. But that's just me.

Thank you!!
Once you’ve completed all 50. You should start over again. ; )
I’d rather change things up and do a different style adventure but I definitely plan to do a second lap sometime!
What a spot for your beer!
It was!!

Cool shot of the moon roof
Thank you!! I was pleasantly surprised that turned out well!

Thanks! It didn’t smell like cotton candy, it smelt like velvet! But that’s a cloth so it can smell like anything, so that doesn’t really make sense!

Haha cool! I may not have the gas money to make a complete California trip, but I have epicness planned
Wannabe! There is some great camping around Wall, SD when you get up there. Love your videos just the way they are...
Glad you caught the wannabe reference!
Most def take a break..chill, etc..
If you make it to Portland, OR go to Rocky Butte. You’ll get a great view even alot of locals don’t know about.
I’ll put it on the list!
I ordered some stuff for the new bike and the Amazon pickup place was CPR in Farmington!!! They are a friendly group. They let me get rid of the boxes in their dumpster.
Oh is that is Missouri? Cool! They seemed nice there!

I’ve been missing kayaking too! I’m planning to go in Montana! Glad you like that as much as I do!
Yes, some lakes or rivers, kayaking or canoing. I agree with this great comment!
Way to go ol' Bessy!
Heck yeah! 🎉

Enjoy break !:) 🌻

Well this is awkward.. We were never introduced to dashman, the cupholder. Seems like a nice guy though.
Oh that’s Gingy! I got him at a truck stop in Arizona! Great guy
Haha @@BeerinBeautifulPlaces Happy June ma'am
I'd like to hear a little more about the places you visit and some more sweet sunsets. :}

Wait. When did you name your car “Bessie?” 🤣
Just then lol. It’s original name is Fudgy the Whale because it’s gray and feels very large when I’m squeezing into parking spots
Hi. Do you think is possible to have a cat in the minivan? Im thinking of doing this but i have a cat
