    Please tell the gentleman featured in video that this technology was developed by the US Army and there are companies as old as 30years who have been doing this and exporting from India.

      Sir, I know that the main purpose of this techonology is to extende the food shelflive. My question is, Can we pack raw food and cook it using retort or we have to pack cooked food and seal the bags only? I hope you understant my question and I am sorry for my poor english.

    You can even freeze dry food. Just add hot water and the product is ready to eat in few minutes.

      @@pensadorrealista2825 Please refer websites of companies which make freeze dried foods or more importantly makes freeze dryers. Such companies are not only in India but across the world.
