My headset work all except I’m getting no mic and no mic when I have the headset unplugged either. I can hear my teammate but the can’t hear me. It was a brand new controller when I got it too. Any suggestions? I’m at the point of thinking about buying a new one swapping the controllers out and returning the defective one. I lost the receipt for the one I bought originally.
@@gavintoe5026help me my audio only works when the headset is plugged in and controller in hand pull the headphone wire up to the ceiling tight so I can hear and if the cable isn’t in that exact place it will spazz out switching between audio and no audio
