Quick suggestion please?
When designing the chain guard please please please extend the inside portion straight down to cover the lower run of the chain. In other words, just extend the rear flat section down between the lower chain run and the wheel. Not cover the top of the lower chain run - just the inside of the lower chain to keep the tire from flinging cr@p on top of the lower chain. Nothing fancy. Apologies for my clear as mud description.

This spectacle of motorcycle sport is scheduled for Aug. 11, 2024, coinciding with the final Sunday of the 84th Annual City of Sturgis Motorcycle Rally, continuing the city’s legacy of motorcycle racing that dates back to 1938.
So there will be an audience all ready to go!

Hmmmm..... I'm sure you thought about using conventional forks up front with equivalent rear shocks. Just wondered why you didn't go there? Also, Putting a bike in AFT sounds great. I'm excited to see it. How do you think the air cooled 450 will stack up against the water cooled MX 450's currently being raced? I'm really glad you are making this bike. I think you will sell a lot of these.
Nice bike, but 13k is a little steep for me.
Rather than drilling or louvering your fender you ought to relocate the oil cooler.
The fender needs to deflect all the water and mud that it can, or it’s a useless fender. The oil cooler if it needs a little more airflow could be rotated 90 and moved left or right, for example.
I always wonder why mud protection is less on bikes that ride in the mud 🤔
