frankly bro, with all you have done to date...
you owe it to yourself to get noticed on the tube with a 'pop hit'
you should know my sincerity by now, and I wish you get it
I suggest stuff to help you making it happen
a Joe ramp with Snow job has potential to get viral
but only a very creative guy like you make this stuff happen
so now you know...
we Joes leave no one behind!
go for it bro!
Thanks so much. That’s nice of you to say.
It's always fun taking the toys out into wild! Fun video 😁👍
It really is! Thanks for watching, Beach.
WINDCHILL?! That's Blizzard!
Thanks. Yeah so many names. These later release snow guys really had some good skis. Thanks for watching.
really cool video. wheres iceberg and snow serpent 2? number 2 with the black skis was blizzard. this reminds me of a time in the 90s when me and my brothers made a snow and ice base and had the joes and cobras shoot bottle rockets at eachother
I have a ton of snow joes, but just brought out the ones I thought would work the best. I linked some of my older videos at the end, or I should have. They might be in one of those. I even did one when I send the winter vehicles down the hill. Thanks for watching.
Wow. Been a year already. Really dig the snow guys in their element. (Like an AWE Striker on sand dunes!).
Dunno what that outrigger mail-in toy was called but it I had one. Really California Dreamin' surfer vibes with Rock-n-Roll on it. Fragile though. Hence pieces lost. Fun memories.
Cheers!
Thanks for watching!
Another cool video and I need to do this myself with the next snow storm. 😊
You should! It’s really fun.
First time I visited the US was also the first time I experienced snow. I picked up a Sigma 6 Duke that came with skis from Walmart and had a grand ol time! Wished I had tested him out on some downhills. I wonder if he’d be in danger of taking the top spot?! 🤔
Thanks for the vid Ted! I’ll be right over with a Cobra WOLF! 😜😊
That's great that you got to experience some Joes in the snow. I googled duke and it looks like those skis might have potential. And if you want to see a Cobra Wolf go off the ski jump we have some video from a couple of years ago. Here's a link to the video. Go to near the end. We jumped the wolf a couple times and the battle bear. But it'd be much more fun if you came over and we could jump them side by side :) ruclips.net/video/KLuTqx9k-i4/видео.htmlsi=9mMc81RPcxmujG3m
ahhh, the kind of experiment in my league, what I d do,
it seems hard for me to convey in comments how I appreciate your videos - concepts
and even, quite often overblow my expectations honestly, ha, ha
go way beyond what I d be able to do, unless investing quite an effort in learning multliple disciplines - techs
I could not get class snow job, had the 82 one and tried lightly as you did
but, I ski, and know we must 'wax' skis so that they don t stick to snow...
so you will get better result going all the way and apply something
I was thinking coconut oil, but it turns into thick and stick stuff once it gets cold
also, because of the weight - surface difference, the ratio is different than 3', and not favourably
I d 'flatten' the surface to get it harder by pressing firmly,
I d even go so far as to apply water to ice it a little, to fully if I have to
I m open for another video that you conclude successfully, as I see it totally possible,
and even quite funny and pop if you apply your mind to it
I d concentrate on class since they re nicer to look at and more pop + available to get now
perhaps install some flaggs and an audience to boot
the ramp would be the focus, Olympic scale, or add food colorants, lights
a firework Joe show, spectacular!
my only concern should be temperature, as, the fig might bet brittle at some point...
I 'popped' Sallah s chest at home, but -20...?
mmm, perhaps not.
so now you know...
good show bro
I really appreciate that. Thank you.
You are doing what I wish I could do. Snow is 3 hours away from me. By the way, did you try bending their knees or ankles and putting more weight towards their rear? I dont have any classifieds, so i dont know if they can imitate a snowboarder or skier pose. Love your channel.
I’ve tried different poses but found that for the skiing, straight up and down is the best. With a bent sort of sitting position the weight goes too far back and they kind of do a wheelie. I really want to make some custom skis with my 3d printer and try and dial something in for classified.
Too bad you didn't do snow Serpent 2.0 in ARAh--their snow board might have been good to test
I don't I have that one. I might try 3d printing some skis. And I forgot to the take out the dog sled from super 7! I'd have loved to send that one down the hill.
Blizzard's skies are the only ones that look like actual cross country skies to. What soldiers actually use. Why would soldiers use downhill skies in boots you can barely walk in? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
That's a really good point! Maybe they should have given those to snow job if he isn't meant to actually ski. But cross country skis would definitely be too narrow to work with the toys. They really seem to need long ski with some upturn in the front. Thanks for watching.
Well classified snow jobs skies are made out of that crappy gummy plastic so you could just dunk them in hot water reshape them and then funk them in cold water to hold the shape.
Honestly Im not impressed with them at all. They look ok as a display piece so long as you do nothing with them but that gummy bloody plastic makes it a challenge to pose properly on snow job and the snow serpent. Honestly I wish the designers of both toys had just lookedup a pair of cross country skies on a bloody google image search and did that. Its not that hard. Thery are kinda narrow but longer then downhill skies with a pronounced front curve and a sharp tip. Instead they give him stubby down hill skies but forget to put the curve on both ends (they tipically have a pronounced "duckbill" shape on both ends) or in the case of the night viper use A BLOODY SNOWBOARD with no curve which makes no bloody sense. type "army cross country skies" on an image search.....how hard is THAT!?!?
As usually the potential to do something great could have happened here if the toy designer bothered to spend a couple hours doing research on basic soldier terms and equipment. How is somertting that's so easy to do today so hard?!?!
All good ideas. I had thought to try reshaping the classified ski but didn't think it'd hold the shape. Maybe I'll try that. And good ideas the cross country ski. Having used both it was always the binding and the shoe that struck me as being so different. I wondered why blizzard has a raised foot on his ski? Maybe it's to try and emulate the binding and thicker more raised position of a cross country ski. Thanks again for watching.
