Novi Sad railway station was opened in 1964. China didn't help build this section, Chinese companies China Railway International and China Communications Construction Company are building high-speed railway all the way from Belgrade to Budapest. They are not "helping" they are working for money. Why would Chinese rules apply in a Serbian train? Train was not even from China but from Switzerland.
Since it's a part of Serbia and Serbia is in the Balkans, some people say Novi Sad is in the Balkans. Others, however say it is in Central Europe, confusing..
@@darija5494 southern part of Serbia belongs to Balkan, with Central part and capital Belgrade being kind of a Gate between "two worlds". Northern part AKA Vojvodina belongs to Central Europe in every sense (Habsburg architecture and it still has many ethnicities living there- Serbs who are a majority but also a lot of Hungarians, Slovaks, Croats etc).
Why didnt you visit the fortress?

That's not a proper map of Serbia according to United Nation.
Novo Sad is not Balkans but Central Europe!
